Had a bit of a rough start with a few mess up with the bookings but ended up getting a perfect house, very excited to live there new year. Karina was a great help getting us the house. Would definitely use again :)

Char at Enfield is extremely helpful and professional. She is always there to answer any queries and puts you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend, I will definitely be using Enfield again.

Enfields Southampton have managed our rental property for the last three years and have dealt with everything in what I can only describe as the most efficient manner. In particular the renewals are managed pro actively by the team and Jessica - raising the renewal question well in advance, reviewing market rate and providing advise and generally managing the whole process in their usual efficient manner.

Karina was very helpful when looking for student accommodation , we were able to find what we wanted and then another friendly helpful member of staff helped with the paperwork , making the process quite straight forward.

My only wish is that I could score this company ZERO. They do not call you back when promised. They tell blatant lies and the MD, Chris Heaps is a condescending arrogant P**** Avoid at all costs, try Richard Kendalls if you require a professional outfit. I appreciate the condescending and sarcastic comment to my review. All I have done is tell the truth. It just proves what an outfit and person you actually are. I have spoken with the vendor and you are nothing but a liar. I will prove this with evidence. You state that you have sold 1000’s of properties yet the company only has 173 reviews. Makes me wonder what the majority of the customers actually think?? I certainly know of a few that have had a poor experience and I will now convince them to leave a comment. Members of your own staff have left reviews - how professional. 😜 This is not the first time that I’ve had an extremely poor service from that office so please, lose the attitude. I wouldn’t trust Enfields to know what day of the week it is, never mind run a bath.

Hello Mr Hannon, I’m truly sorry you feel this way. Having sold 1,000’s of properties over the years I understand how frustrating it can be when you don’t get the opportunity to purchase your dream property or that you can’t obtain all the information you require. We do have to act on our vendors instructions no matter how frustrating that can be to a potential buyer. But I also have to state that at no time is it acceptable for a member of my staff to receive a text message with such inflammatory and foul language similar to your review. This will not be tolerated, ever!! That said we will still continue to try and delivery that World Class service to our sellers and buyers. We purchased a house through Enfields. Chris was great at keeping us updated and remained patient all the time despite it being a stressful process for us! When it was time to exchange, Chris communicated directly with the solicitors to push this through and make sure we achieved the completion date we wanted.

This is the second time I have sold a property with Enfield's. On both occasions they have been extremely professional and highly motivated. I feel the current Covid situation hasn't had any impact on the sale of my property , I believe this is all down to the fact that Enfield's have a strong focus on achieving goals and are more motivated than most agents. I was kept informed throughout the sell of my property via various means ( WhatsApp / Phone / Email. ) . I like the fact that they use social media to promote my house sale, in fact they did a video walk around which really helped draw attention to the sale, this generated lots of interest. I had several offers on the first day , this has now lead to the sale of my property. In conclusion : Highly motivated.. Professional ..Reliable.. Friendly agents.
