All staff involved from our valuation (which was straightforward and honest), viewings (timely and polite staff), completion of sale and purchase were extremely professional and efficient. Which is even more remarkable considering the overwhelmed market and new Covid restrictions to abide by. Sam who managed the completion and everything involved was especially helpful and couldn’t of done anything more. Through his management of the sale the original buyers were retained. He made sure all parties were kept up to date with the process through to a successful sale 10 months later. Dear Richard, It is such a shame that you have chose to dispute the withdrawal fee you have to pay having changed your mind after we had carried out all the checks, photographs, brochure details etc etc, especially after we sold the same property of yours in 2018 which you then decided not to sell after 2 years of having our branch owner out numerous times after closing hours of the office. Unfortunately for you, all agents have a withdrawal clause in their contracts to protect them from other agents stealing their properties and also to prevent time wasters however for a seller, it is there for you to be able to change your mind within 14 days. However, you waived the right to change your mind without a small fee payable when you signed that part of the agreement.
