Been with them for 2 years and it was the worst experience of housing I've witnessed. Completely unprofessional & barely any communication between us as the tenants and the company. We had to force them to fix our house else we would get in contact with the law as they were leaving us in very terrible housing circumstances with our shower not working for weeks and the heating broken during the winter. Avoid at all costs if you're in Bournemouth

He was very thorough when doing the viewing and answered any questions I had - if he didnt know the answer he would ask the vendor and get back to me.
