GoogleMy previous tenants gave me notice they wished to leave after 3 years. Jonathan went straight into action working super-hard to find new tenants. After doing a video of the flat last Saturday, he called various prospective tenants and by Monday, just 2 days later, had found someone who sounds excellent and wants to move in asap. Jonathan is a very enthusiastic, friendly, experienced and above all professional person. We discussed the rent for the new tenant and I feel he really knows the market very well. I am absolutely thrilled to have had such a superb, brilliant service! I've been dealing with Enfields for property maintenance (as well as lettings), for several years and genuinely have been so happy with the way their professional, friendly and hard-working staff handle things. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I have great trust in their excellent business. Do give them a call. With the market so busy at the moment it was difficult to get the full picture from our solicitors but Sam kept us informed and up to date weekly with progress and advice on timescales and likely next steps. He managed our expectations whilst remaining professional and honest. We had some difficulty communicating with our onward chains estate agents so Sam went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t left in the dark. GoogleI do not recommend this agency to anyone. Today I had a visit scheduled for 12:30 pm, I was at the place scheduled 10 minutes earlier. I waited 15 minutes after the appointment until I decided to call the agency to see if something was wrong with the woman who was going to show us the house. Behold, when I call the agency I am told that my visit was at 12:15pm and that she should have already left to which I replied that it was not possible because I had received two messages confirming my visit at 12:30pm.
