Enquired about properties for both rental and sale. Sent email enquiries and never had a response. Phoned the office and they were very short as though I was keeping them from something. Would not recommend especially if you are trying to sell or rent your property.

The quality& efficiency of service I have received from Matthew and Joe (Mortgage Advisor) at Enfieds Shirley was amazing and impressive. They were very polite, calm, excellent communication, incredibly knowledgeable and resonsible. They guided and helped me step by step from beginning to end. I have to say, as someone who looks forward to good customer service, dealing with Enfields, and in particular Michael Carless, of whom I have had regular and direct contact with, is exceptional. I have the upmost confidence in the service I have been provided. The proposition of selling and buying a property is incredibly stressful and uncertain and I can say that both of those negatives have been removed by the attention to detail I have received thus far. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Enfields estate agents.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Called this estate agent to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl called Katie. She declined me viewing a house because I wouldn’t speak to there mortgage person. She made me feel, I was not worthy to view the house. This was my first time speaking to a agent and she has ruined my whole experience buying my first home. I will advise all buyers to boycot Enfields!!!

Had us waiting outside a viewing for 20 mins then called to say they called me saying they cancelled but I received nothing whatsoever on all platforms, paid for uber to the location and left work early, unprofessional time wasters and not to be trusted.

Amazing customer service. Joanne Boaler took care of myself and my partner whilst buying our first property. Always kept in touch with us whenever there was an update. After going through probate and a caveat on the property it took quite some time but we couldn’t of asked for anything more. Would totally recommend. Thanks again for all the hard work!

Rubbish! Would not recommend

The customer service and communication is absolutely disgusting. 3 times we have been messed around!! took half day to view a property and i was called an hour before to cancel. Rebooked and left work early, got there only to be told it was cancelled again.Very unprofessional and complete time wasters. Would not recommend at all!They don’t even deserve 1 star

The seller of the property we bought used Enfields estate agent and I couldn't fault their service. Dear Mr Duffy, Firstly, you have admitted that the delays you had initially were not the fault of Enfields, the mitigating circumstances of CORONA VIRUS putting the property market into lockdown along with the majority of the World! I also note you review on the removal companys site quoting 'most frustrating COVID delayed house move'. We were at the bottom of the chain, you being the first time buyer. Once the restrictions were removed from the England market, you were unable complete as the top of the chain were not ready and the lady at the top was moving to Scotland where the restrictions were still in place, delaying completion! The sales progressor from our agency chased the chain daily (albeit our end was ready and it is not our job to chase the top of the chain). You have even stated that you felt the service improved and this was because we were out of LOCKDOWN! We wish you all the best in your new home.

I've just sold my property this time, with the help of Luan. Although a long process in these covid times the Enfields team offered great communication and support offering much needed advice and liaising with solicitors. They been excellent. Nikki and the team helped us manage our rental property for almost 4 years. There pricing was very competitive from the start and their customer service was always perfect. Although living abroad we always confident that the property was in great hands.
