Back end team (especially Joanne) really pull out all the stops to make the sale happen. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. A special shout out to Stacey (Mortgage Advisor) who was superb at finding the right deal for us when the market was difficult.

Myself and the team are really disappointed to read this as we sold your house within 3 weeks of going to market and for a higher price than you originally wanted. On top of that I personally spent 6 months negotiating the sale progression and keeping your buyers happy waiting for you to find. I also contacted caravan parks on your behalf to try and arrange your alternative accommodation. With regards to the keys, because of the way completions work it is not logistically possible for an estate agent to collect from a homeowner, this is standard within the industry. Despite your review, we are happy for you
and your buyer that we managed to keep the sale together and help everyone move. The past year has been challenging to say the least but we will continue to try our very best to provide everybody with the best service possible.

- Young girl knew nothing about the property we was viewing
- Viewing was rushed
- Decided to put an offer in on the property , after 3 days of waiting we was told it has sold. - - Never got a chance to submit my final offer.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi Helen, We are disappointed to hear of the experience you have described. As the only young girl in the office doing viewings I can only assume it is me you are referring to. I am sorry if you felt rushed, it is not how I would normally conduct a viewing. I love my job and I always try my hardest to please all my customers.
With regards to your offer, we are relying on vendors responding to us and sometimes this can take longer than we would like. Additionally, sometimes it isn't always the highest offer which is accepted, there are other factors that could effect a decision. Needless to say we will always submit an offer to a vendor if put forward.
