GoogleI’ve recently completed some maintenance work for Bethany at Enfields and really couldn’t recommend them enough. Extremely professional and insistent on work being completed to a high standard. Mainly communicated with Bethany who is always available to answer any queries in a prompt manner. Popped into the office a couple of times and all staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI've been using Enfields since they merged with my previous letting agent. I'd been using the old company 10 years and was a bit apprehensive of the merger, as they had been historically so good.
I needn't have worried. Bethany (my new letting manager) has put my mind at rest, and been an extreme help over the past year. She has sorted out any problem, and communication has been second to none.

I have contacted them regarding one property, to make some arrangements for viewing,twice was cancelled by them with excuses we don't have the keys for the property,lost my wages and travelled 2 hours one way,I am not local,that happened twice. Multiple times called them,very busy never want to talk to just excuses we will call you back that never happened. I am not sure why they are treating people like that,no need showing your bad attitude. Someone should take these complaints very seriously it affects on your agency. I am really interested to buy a property in Southampton, but I will never use this Agency again. I am not sure what is all about that property,like they don't want to give you a chance to see the house, and give an offer,I am prepared to give much bigger offer I have told them by phone.They don't want to know about, just avoiding me,really concerning.This is very sad and awful experience,not sure how I deserve this.Thank you

GoogleWhen we rented a property through Enfield, I found them very unresponsive and it almost felt like no one want to speak to us. We pointed out things that needed fixing when inspections where carried out, but nothing was ever done. They would tell us that they were waiting for the landlord to get back to them, but when we contacted the landlord he would tell us, and showed us he his phone once, that Enfield hadn't contacted him.
