GoogleAbsolutely horrendous company to rent through. Ignored our emails for six months, and had an “emergency” locksmith that would not come out to help on a Wednesday evening, even though we were able to reach Enfields either.

GoogleTIME WASTERS It took me a week just to book a viewing. I tried emailing them, phoning them, webchat etc. When I did eventually get a booking I spoke to Amy. She took my details and booked me in for the next Monday. I emailed Amy asking for some more details about the property. No reply. I then find out from their website that the house had been sold. Amy didn't bother to tell me that. She knew that I lived in Malaga and that it would take me a great deal of time and expense to travel to Bournemouth. Presumably she wouldn't have even bothered turning up. There is literally zero respect or professionalism from this company. Avoid.

GoogleFirst, we met Greg for viewing our property, he is an expert and very experienced at his roll, he explained every detail about the property, and we can honestly say he is very proffesional and one of the best in the UK. Thereafter Jessica took control of our case, we had her every support and advice throughout the purchase process which indeed was very helpful leading towards completion, she managed the whole process to meet in the quickest time frame possible. GoogleEnfields took over a long-running management contract I had to with Clifftons. I have been working with Bethany. Bethany has been fantastic, she has managed redecoration, boiler issues, kitchen appliance replacements and even organised the windows to be updated. Enfields have relet my property within 2 weeks of my tenant moving ensuring I have no loss of rental income. All I am looking for is competent management of my rental property to free up my time and Enfields are delivering on every front. Great job Bethany and the rest of the team.

GoogleI cannot recommend Enfield's enough. I had a bad experience with another well known and established Bournemouth based estate agent and struggled to get any viewings and offers for 12 weeks. Once I enlisted the services of Greg and the team, we were sold in the first weekend. If I ever need any services again, they would be the first ones I contacted and I would recommend them to anyone. What was particularly pleasing was that when I was listed with the other agent originally, Enfield's were the only ones checking in every week to help us with the search for buying. And when they realised we were not having a great time selling, they were not pushy about switching to them, instead they were offering me advise how to get the best out of my other agent. This gave me the confidence after 12 weeks to give them and try and when I did switch over to Enfield's, the communication's continued on a daily and weekly basis and I felt like we were getting a very personal and premium service. The key is to have good people which they do, I met 3 of the guys and they were all honest and down to earth, not pushy, no bs, helpful and honest. 5 stars
