GoogleThe quality& efficiency of service received from Matthew and Joe (Mortgage Advisor) at Enfieds Shirley was extremely outstanding. They were incredibly knowledgeable, responsible and excellent communicators. They guided me step by step from beginning to end. I couldn't get mortgage without Joe's help. Without Matthew's negotiation with and pushing every party involved, my purchase couldn't be completed on time. Nice people and top class service, definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleI arranged a house viewing a while ago and they called to say the house had sold so I couldn’t view it. I’m in the market for a new home, have been actively looking and they simply said it was sold and bye. They really missed an opportunity to ask about what I was looking for and to market other homes to me. Felt like they didn’t care that I was looking, or that they wanted to help. GoogleAs a first time buyer my experience has been truly shocking and have been put off going through this estate agent. - Young girl knew nothing about the property we was viewing - Viewing was rushed - Decided to put an offer in on the property , after 3 days of waiting we was told it has sold. - - Never got a chance to submit my final offer. Wouldn’t recommend.
Hi Helen, We are disappointed to hear of the experience you have described. As the only young girl in the office doing viewings I can only assume it is me you are referring to. I am sorry if you felt rushed, it is not how I would normally conduct a viewing. I love my job and I always try my hardest to please all my customers. With regards to your offer, we are relying on vendors responding to us and sometimes this can take longer than we would like. Additionally, sometimes it isn't always the highest offer which is accepted, there are other factors that could effect a decision. Needless to say we will always submit an offer to a vendor if put forward. I wish you all the best with finding your dream home. Rosie

From multiple viewings to sorting out those niggling house buying situations (i.e. solicitors!!!!!), everyone at Enfields was courteous, helpful and engaging. GoogleThe Enfields team are amazing, so efficient and helped to sell my house within such a short space of time (given the circumstances with Covid & various lockdowns I am extremely impressed with the speed of the sale and completion). The team were in constant communication with myself and my buyer, the process was extremely smooth and I truly believe if it wasn't for Enfields, I would not have completed on my house sale as quickly. GoogleGenuine, honest & actually helpful: When we were looking in the area, the team were genuine, helpful and extremely professional. The expertise and honesty was incredibly refreshing and I'd highly recommend anyone to use Enfields when looking for a property. GoogleI'm a Landlord and have used these guys consistently to find me tenants, while I manage the property myself. Really efficient. Have been happy to act as local key holders, and provide access for contractors and sorting out renewal of EICR and EPC etc when needed. Placed an offer after an open house viewing. 4 offers given in including ours. A lot of comms to chase ‘is this my limit..?’. Ran around providing ID check & proof of funds info etc...Offer declined. Told “if anything changes will of course be in touch”. Subsequently I saw it came on the market again (not contacted by agents). Agents already had viewings booked in. (Still no contact). I rang & resubmitted my offer. Ran around providing ID check & proof of funds info etc again. After upping my offer was accepted. 2 weeks later was contacted by agents “a larger bid was offered (£490,000) original list price £450,000 / £475,000. Agent calls “can I up my offer” ...reply “no”. Agent calls again / sellers sticking with you “ full steam ahead”. Today @ 3.30pm - gazumped 😞. Lost money to solicitors etc...Such a shame there is no integrity or moral compass. Just all about money.
