GoogleShockingly unprofessional. Openly tries to encourage bidding wars on properties, even after an offer has been accepted. Buyer beware. I thought gazumping had stopped. The agent should just offer the vendor a modern day auction if this is what you're really offering. Although, your not Ebay are you Jamie @ Enfields. Hope the chain breaks down or the new buyers can't get a mortgage. Interestingly, 48% of properties are being over valued by agents and subsequently re valued by mortgage companies and then the sale breaks down.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on a house bought through Enfields Estate Agents Hythe. Without going into details, the process was a nightmare. Chris Kerr however has been outstanding throughout. The support, advice, communication and the guidance we received from Chris, Jamie and the team has been brilliant. They are fantastic, thoroughly professional, courteous and always responds all emails and phone calls. We would strongly recommend this agency.
