The Enfields team are amazing, so efficient and helped to sell my house within such a short space of time (given the circumstances with Covid & various lockdowns I am extremely impressed with the speed of the sale and completion). The team were in constant communication with myself and my buyer, the process was extremely smooth and I truly believe if it wasn't for Enfields, I would not have completed on my house sale as quickly. Didn’t have a great experience with…

Didn’t have a great experience with Enfields. The estate agent who took us around to view that flat was not helpful at all and didn’t ‘sell’ the property. He came off very miserable and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He also mentioned there wasn’t much interest in the property. We put in an offer on Tuesday to be submitted to the landlord and was told we should hear by Friday. Friday came around and the flat was sold without telling us. I believe this was a very poor way of dealing with us as we were not kept in the loop about our sale nor were we told that anyone else has shown interest on the property. Poor work ethic and not organised. My partner and I were very disappointed as we really liked the apartment and were both gutted that we didn’t get a chance nor was we kept in the loop.

The communication is none existent. The staff do not respond to emails when I attempt to book the viewing of a property, when I call the office to book a viewing the staff take information and say they'll call back...they don't. As a result the properties are sold before I could even view it. So useless.

professional, thorough & passionate,. Three words to describe Enfields.Estate Agents. We have purchased a house through them during the covid crisis. Excellent communication has made us feel at ease through a thought time . Kevin the manager is a real credit to his industry. I would highly recommend them .

I have to be honest and say that initially I was not impressed with Enfields and their service, we had a few issues that caused a rift in our family, however, once Louise became involved the service was second to none, she was absolutely excellent, she was the one that kept the sale on track, she was the one that kept in contact with me, she was the one that pushed the solicitors, without Louise on board I don't think the sale would have completed yet, cannot thank, or recommend, her enough, well done Louise, and Enfields !!

Selling my Mums House

We needed to sell our family home in Shirley and obtained three estate agent quotations and decided to go with Enfields as they offered the best competitive fee for selling the property.We initially dealt with Will ( the manager) who was very knowledgeable about the local area, knew exactly where the property was and its aspect.They suggested an open day and took full control on the day, they put forward the best 4 offers and we accepted one.From then, we dealt with Matthew through to completion, he was very polite, professional and kept me informed all the way through the process, I would highly recommend this company if you have property to sell in this areaMrs Clarke

We are due to move into a property next month and after phoning to query a few last minute things we were informed that a part of the payment was still outstanding due to a miscommunication. Id like to thank katie as she was absolutely amazing. I was getting a bit confused and flustered and she stayed calm and professional and clearly explained how to resolve it.
