I recently purchased my first home through enfields. There were a number of delays in the process namely covid and a breakdown of the chain but Louise has been an absolute star throughout. She kept me fully informed and was incredibly quick to respond by phone or email. She made me feel like a priority and did countless chasing and negotiating with solicitors to make things progress as fast as possible. We only recently chose Enfields after struggling with a previous estate agent. The difference we've seen has been amazing. They are very proactive in what they do, communicate excellently and have helped us change the situation on our house so quickly with lots of viewings and (hopefully) soon to be sale. A special mention to Jordan who we've dealt with most - he has been great all the way through with no request being too much trouble. Daryl was brilliant at providing the information we needed to join in the first place, Charlotte been excellent too and also a mention for Kevin who has kept us updated throughout. Absolutely amazing team at Enfields, especially Louise who we had our main dealings with. Buying a property through lockdown and pregnancy has been hard, but Louise went above and beyond with all aspects. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though we didn't sell our property through Enfields, when we had troubles with our estate agents for numerous things resulting in almost loosing out purchase a number of times, Louise was always there to help out, even though it shouldn't be her job to do so!! Amazing communication and so professional!! Always phoned or emailed to keep us updated, even if there was no news!! We will definately be selling with Enfields in the future!! My partner and I have used Enfields for two property transactions since 2017 and Enfields were excellent both times! Our first transaction was when we bought a property through Enfields. There were complications with the transaction and we truly believe that the main reason the transaction completed was due the the outstanding effort made by Kevin. He was very professional and showed effective communication by keeping everyone in the chain calm up to date. He was 100% focused on helping us get the sale completed and without his efforts this may have fallen through. We decided to move to a new property this year due to the need for more space. Due to our positive experience with Enfields during the first transaction, we engaged Enfields without hesitation. We were very pleased with the quality and the value provided for the listing. We experienced some difficulties with the transaction again (starting to think a simple transaction doesn't exist). Again, Enfields stepped up to the challenge and effectively communicated with the chain, kept everyone up to date and got it over the line. Louise, the sales manager was excellent when it came to pushing things along and getting the solicitors moving and the chain focused. With both Kevin and Louise showing outstanding service, they deserve special thanks. I have since recommended Enfields to my parents, who have now listed a property with them.
