It was urgent to find accommodation in Southampton and Shannon was very fast and accurate with all the procedures for my new flat. GoogleThe Enfields lettings team in Southampton have been incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process of letting a flat with them. Right from Shannon showing me the flat initially and helping me complete my application, through to Emily handing over the keys to the flat and talking me through all the paperwork. Every member of the team has been professional and approachable and I would happily recommend Enfields to others looking to rent in Southampton.

GoogleTeam was very professional and did rigorous checks in a timely manager. I had a complex case with a complicated right to rent and they contacted the home office directly to confirm my circumstances and treated me fairly. Emma, India and Casey are very competent at what they do and we applied for a very lovely home at ocean village and got it.

GoogleAs landlords with a portfolio of properties we are generally very happy with the service received from the lettings division. Louise is great to discuss issues with and is quick to find suitable tenants, plus her personal opinion with regards to selection is valued. The team are good at returning calls and Morgen in accounts is prompt with statements payments. They were very helpful when the lettings division moved to a location distant from many of our properties by keeping spare keys for our use at the original selling agency location. We are happy to recommend them but would advise their own property maintenance contractors are somewhat pricey. JM,LD

GoogleI've been really impressed with Enfields. I asked them to manage the let of my property and from the initial meeting to the actual let, they've been positive, efficient and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and there have been more than one occasion where they've gone out of their way to help me. Dealing with them throughout has been hassle free and they've responded to all my queries without delay. I've also been impressed with the company they use to carry out work to the property before it was let. Highly recommended.

GoogleFrom start to finish in our property selling adventure the Enfields team have been nothing but first class - from the initial valuation visit from Greg, a top professional, impressive market knowledge, listening to our concerns as well as proposing a first class marketing plan, which was delivered 'in spades' - a superb enthusiastic, yet considered, video presentation of our home through to setting-up the Open Day and selling our home of 28 years inside a week or so of it being marketed. Backed up very ably by all his colleagues throughout the process - the support from Jessica, after our sale agreed, was also top-drawer, keeping us updated, advising us on where we were and what we needed to do in the chain, always delivered in a cheery yet professional manner - Really can't fault the Enfields team they are truly experts and on top of their game.

GoogleEnfields came highly recommended to us, and have been fantastic from start to finish. Greg did an amazing job preparing us and our property for sale, and got us multiple offers on the first open day. He's enthusiastic and professional, and a really great guy! After we'd sold and had an offer accepted on our forward purchase, Jessica took over and did an absolutely incredible job chasing all parties in the chain and providing regular updates by phone and email as to how things were going. She took away a whole load of the stress of buying and selling, was brilliantly communicative, and managed to keep all the solicitors in line and rolling forwards. Any time we had a question or concern, she was more than happy to assist. Enfields clearly have a fantastic team working for them, and we'd highly recommend them to everyone!

TrustpilotAwful communication and low standards…
Awful communication and low standards for customer care. Made an offer for a house a year ago and sellers finally pulled out after a year! Not their fault. But during this time the communication was really poor, not keeping us in the loop nor responding emails. When the sellers pulled out they didn’t even ring us to inform us about what had happened. Just a line in an email letting us know that the sellers withdraw the property from the market. Not very empathetic after the long, frustrating and expensive process that it was. I now avoid to show interest in any property they manage. Really disappointing.
