GoogleI went through a long slog to get to completion of my house sale.it was hell at times.but I would honestly say,it was Enfeilds who actually gave me hope throughout the whole trauma.won’t bore with details but I will say,Joanne Boaler is the real deal.what a package.she was everything I needed her to be whenever I needed it.counsiler,friend,estate agent and a whole lot more.without her help and assistance I don’t think it would have gone through in a month of Sundays.so from my view,Enfeilds we’re fantastic all the way and handled my really complex sale to its end.massive thanks to all who had the misfortune throughout.great service but,extra special Thankyou to Joanne.you work was extremely appreciated.

GoogleWe bought our lovely home with the help of Joanne who was selling it on behalf of the vendor. The process wasn't necessarily as straightforward as it could have been (none of which was Enfields' doing) but Joanne kept us up to date with a professional light touch which made some of the bumps in the road easier to negotiate. GoogleI need to start by saying that Enfields were not acting on my behalf, I was buying from them. I was dealing with Jo who was amazing, she was so proactive, chasing me, the vendor and both our solicitors to keep things moving forward. I am really impressed with this company and their service, I will definitely use them next time I need an estate agent.

GoogleSelling our home with Enfields was the best decision made! After a previous negative experience with another estate agents, it was a breeze to sell our home with Enfields at Pontefract. They took time and interest in finding out about our home to sell it promptly…and it did! The team were impressive, remaining professional and positive despite our previous knock backs! Staff are very friendly, with quick responses to my emails. They we’re amazing and very supportive when sorting my move to a different property after the landlord pulled out 5 days before the move(no fault of Enfields). India answered every email/query quickly and very friendly …no matter how silly I thought the question might be, ever email got a response. They went above and beyond, even printed my parking permit for me on move in day and on my second day when I couldn’t work out the hot water they sent someone out to assist me within the hour. Best estate agents I’ve used so far!

GoogleEnfields helped us with the purchase of our new family home, we cannot recommend them enough they are great at keeping you updated, chasing up with phone calls and just having a great customer service! Joanne is fab at helping you secure your dream home and taking a lot of the stress away as she is just so good at her job! The team in the office are faultless always polite and friendly and always return calls when messages have been left. If you are looking to buy or sell I would 100% recommend giving Enfields a call!

GoogleFriendly staff when you can speak to them, however very poor communication overall which requires constant reminding to get anything done. The agent who first showed us our property didn’t appear to know anything about it and only gave us about 5 minutes to look. Our property was in a poor state when we moved in although I understand that is not entirely the estate agents fault and they did sort it quickly. Our tenancy is now over and we are awaiting our deposit back however we haven’t received any information or updates about it and it’s been over a month now. I’ve tried to get in touch both through email and phone calls over the last couple of days and have had no response. Not impressed.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience and sorry to hear you have had issues in communication. During September we experience high levels of calls as students move into their new homes. Your feedback is extremely important and we are looking at ways to improve during this busy period as this is not reflective of our usual experience. Please take comfort that your deposit was protected lawfully by Enfields at the beginning of the tenancy via a government authorised custodial scheme called the DPS. We picked this scheme as it is the largest provider of deposit protection in the UK and the aim of the DPS is to ensure that you are treated fairly at the end of your tenancy hence why I am confident we can help resolve your concerns.
