Mike at enfields was difficult to negotiate with and he never took the house off the market like he said he would once we offered. His manner could have been more professional.

They DO NOT rent to disabled people. They only rent to the home-owning guarantor and let the disabled person stay in the property and pay the rent. If you aren't divinely blessed to have a home-owning guarantor in your life, Enfields WILL NOT RENT TO YOU. This is DISCRIMINATION. They are happily complicit in the discrimination against disabled people, they do not care about your individual merit as a renter, they are only interested in your relationships with wealthy individuals. It's DISGUSTING they are able to justify their discrimination through 'landlords' and 'insurance' blah blah blah. They say 'we care' while telling disabled people to 'go to Northwoods instead', washing their hands of all responsibility for housing anyone other than the wealthier working population. If you're disabled, don't even bother contacting this hive of heartless vampires.

It has been my pleasure from the outset of the process of selling my mother's bungalow to have Josh and the staff of Enfields, Shirley Southampton at the helm. From the beginning Josh and his staff have ensured the process was efficient and professional, keeping me informed at regular intervals as to where the process was and if something was required of me. Unfortunately, for no apparent reason my first buyers dropped out at the last hurdle which could be considered somewhat of a set-back. However, upon hearing the news Josh and his crew sprang into action immediately putting the property back on the market. Following a couple of visits and offers a buyer was found the very next day! Now that's what I call service! Today is completion date on the bungalow so all being well we find ourselves at the end of the journey. I wish to express my gratitude for all you (Enfields, josh and the team) have done to make what could have been a rocky ride turn into a smooth, well informed comfortable adventure. Superb service. Thank you on behalf of myself and Mum.

Over the past 6 years I have bought my flat, then arranged for Enfields to find tenants and have now put it on the market - all with Enfields. Louise was particularly helpful when i let out the flat. Her team found tenants quickly and sorted everything out for me. She was always quick to respond to my queries and explain the process. I would definitely recommend them, particularly if you are looking to let your property out.

Very rude and patronising agent when I enquired for a bungalow they have for sale. On top of the questionable attitude he was desperately trying to push their mortgage broker even if we are already signed with another.
