GoogleStaff are very friendly, with quick responses to my emails. They we’re amazing and very supportive when sorting my move to a different property after the landlord pulled out 5 days before the move(no fault of Enfields). India answered every email/query quickly and very friendly …no matter how silly I thought the question might be, ever email got a response. They went above and beyond, even printed my parking permit for me on move in day and on my second day when I couldn’t work out the hot water they sent someone out to assist me within the hour. Best estate agents I’ve used so far!

I was given plenty of time to view and any enquiries i made were followed up without delay. Other team members at Enfields have also been helpful.

GoogleOne of the worst agencies in Bournemouth area for communication. I have called more than 10 times for different properties, sent an enquiry on rightmove, left tonnes of messages but not a single call back or email. They always have an excuse. Either someone is off sick with covid or they receive 100s of calls as if They run the busiest agency in town. No respect whatsoever. You miss the chance of viewing the property and on top They dont even notify you that the property is taken. They like keeping it as available on rightmove even tho its under offer. Unethical allover

This is a honest and constructive review. I left a glowing 5 star review the last time in May 2022 for Enfields Shirley however it all kind of went downhill after that...We accepted an offer on our house back in May (hence the glowing review) up until then with Enfields was good. No issues with the marketing of our home. But then it went awfully quiet once we were given date of when home survey was to be done. We had to continuously chase up ourselves after that, communication was poor. We did a reduction on the offer due to the findings on report and then expected things to move forward. Then we were told the buyer was struggling to get a mortgage. We were in fact told there wasn't going to be a mortgage as buyer was buying the house for her son. Turns out she was looking to buy to let. Had we known that it wasn't a cash buy or that she had no mortgage a.i.p in place we'd not have gone ahead. This took months. I had to email every week to hear yet more delays, it would have been courteous for Enfields to contact me first to keep me in the loop.I did feel during this whole process Enfields was more geared towards the needs of the buyer than us the sellers. We waited weeks for the buyer to find a mortgage (which is not Enfields fault) and then finally sold last week (nearly 5 months). There was a lot of chasing, up to 3 weeks of no communication whatsoever and a lot of distress. One of the staff members then left in Sales Progression, she was taken over by Louise who was really helpful and lovely to talk to. She started chasing for us. Will Piercy, Sales Director is a CREDIT to the team who moved things along for me when I complained, I have always found him to be reliable and understanding.I just wish we had the full picture in the beginning of the process re the buyers intentions and wished communication to be stronger. Other than that, Enfields remain to be more professional than other Estate Agents I've used and having recently had a reshuffle of staff I would be happy to use them again. Thank you.

GoogleI need to start by saying that Enfields were not acting on my behalf, I was buying from them. I was dealing with Jo who was amazing, she was so proactive, chasing me, the vendor and both our solicitors to keep things moving forward. I am really impressed with this company and their service, I will definitely use them next time I need an estate agent.

GoogleThe quality& efficiency of service received from Matthew and Joe (Mortgage Advisor) at Enfieds Shirley was extremely outstanding. They were incredibly knowledgeable, responsible and excellent communicators. They guided me step by step from beginning to end. I couldn't get mortgage without Joe's help. Without Matthew's negotiation with and pushing every party involved, my purchase couldn't be completed on time. Nice people and top class service, definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleIt has been my pleasure from the outset of the process of selling my mother's bungalow to have Josh and the staff of Enfields, Shirley Southampton at the helm. From the beginning Josh and his staff have ensured the process was efficient and professional, keeping me informed at regular intervals as to where the process was and if something was required of me. Unfortunately, for no apparent reason my first buyers dropped out at the last hurdle which could be considered somewhat of a set-back. However, upon hearing the news Josh and his crew sprang into action immediately putting the property back on the market. Following a couple of visits and offers a buyer was found the very next day! Now that's what I call service! Today is completion date on the bungalow so all being well we find ourselves at the end of the journey. I wish to express my gratitude for all you (Enfields, josh and the team) have done to make what could have been a rocky ride turn into a smooth, well informed comfortable adventure. Superb service. Thank you on behalf of myself and Mum.

GoogleOver the past 6 years I have bought my flat, then arranged for Enfields to find tenants and have now put it on the market - all with Enfields. Louise was particularly helpful when i let out the flat. Her team found tenants quickly and sorted everything out for me. She was always quick to respond to my queries and explain the process. I would definitely recommend them, particularly if you are looking to let your property out.
