GoogleUsed Enfields at Eastleigh to sell my late sister's property. During what was a very difficult time for me especially as i lived 250 miles away, having regular updates, prompt replies to emails and someone answering the phone to respond to questions i had was priceless. They supported me through the process and liaised with vendor and solicitor to ensure everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Sophie and Luan who were both just brilliant.

GoogleEnfields at Eastleigh recently sold a property for me, and it was a very positive experience. At each stage of the process we had a dedicated point of contact, and they provided good support without pressure and kept me regularly updated. I didn’t have a particular solicitor that I wanted to use, but Enfields put me in touch with a solicitor that they work with closely, and that worked really well. Enfields also have a dedicated sales progressor, who acted as a point of contact between me, the buyers and the solicitor, and she kept everyone informed and kept things moving. I would recommend Enfields and would use them again if I had another property to sell.

GoogleWe cannot fault Enfields. We initially had our house up for sale with PB to try to save some pennies but the customer service we received was poor, specifically the post sale support which ended up with our first buyers pulling out. We made the decision to go with Enfields and so glad we did! Louise Carr was excellent, she was completely on the ball and constantly chased various parties to make sure we got over the line before our mortgage offer expired! We cannot thank her and the team at Enfields enough! We are now settled in our lovely new home! We can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleI purchased a house through them in Shirley. It was a complicated transaction due to an extended chain of transactions. Louise the Sales Manager from Enfields who managed the process through to completion was great, always helpful and responsive and ensured the deal got over the line.

TrustpilotDisappointed with the customer service…
Disappointed with the customer service I recently received. I viewed a property one afternoon, and made it clear to the person showing me round that I was interested. I asked if the person showing me round knew if it would be snapped up quickly, and the reply was that I had at least 24 hours to talk to my partner and pay the holding deposit. I was told I would be emailed over the offer pack later that day. By the next morning, I had not received the offer pack, so called Enfields to check I had not missed anything. I was told that someone would call me back that day. I did not receive a call back, and then found out later that day the property had been let to someone else. I did not find out from Enfields, but from a property search site. When my partner went in to the store to enquire about if the property was still available, they were told I had been emailed but had not responded. I checked all my emails (including junk and spam) and NEVER received an email from Enfields. Enfields never called me back to advise me the property had been let, and never contacted me at all regarding the offer information. I am thoroughly disappointed as I made it very clear I loved the flat, and that I wanted it. Avoid at all costs.
