I am very disappointed with ENFIELDS Estate Agents Eastleigh service. I was continuously calling and sending e-mails to them in purpose to book a viewing for one of the properties which they offer. I am afraid, they never replied to me. When I have called them, eventually I have booked a viewing, however never received a confirmation of this by e-mail. I had to call them another 3 times to just get an address of the property. I was waiting 30 minutes outside of the property in 3 degrees, unfortunately nobody ever turned up. I didn’t receive any calls, messages or an e-mail with cancellation or at least an apology. I also sent an e-mail the next day admitting that I am very disappointed of that kind of service and I was still asking about this property. My last step was visiting their office, when I have heard that the property has been already “let agreed” and Grace was supposed to leave me a message with this information. Due to my many calls and e-mails to Enfields, I am sure that they have got my correct mobile number and two e-mails addresses. I do NOT recommend anyone to sell/rent a property with them, as they are unprofessional people who do not care to help you. I have wasted lots of my time and lost my patience with company and with the service that I have received from them.

After speaking with 3 Estate agents prior to putting our house on the market we decided thankfully to go with Enfield's at Eastleigh. Nikki was very upfront and honest about what we should expect both with selling price and time scale. We had a good amount of viewings every week and sold within the time that we were advised we would. We dealt with Luan day to day and she is a credit to Enfield's and equally committed to helping make a stressful period as easy as she can. I would strongly recommend Enfield's in Eastleigh (and have done) for the sale and marketing of your home. Regardless of whom you may deal with be it Nikki, Luan or another member of there team, all are friendly committed people that do there best for you.

Brilliant service from start to finish. For the past 4 years i have let my property through Enfields and they have been brilliant as i don't live locally. Now I have sold through them and have received excellent service. ..regular updates ....keeping the tenant informed...I can't fault them one bit. Thank u Nikki and Sam for making it so easy.

Fantastic service from Nikki and the team at Enfields, I dealt with Nikki when we bought our house in 2014 and had no doubt I would use them for the sale 4 years later. Always available to deal with queries and quick to resolve any issues. Their communication as a seller was great and I was always updated quickly with feedback. They even had viewings lined up before we had gone on the market. Once we were Sold STC, All the team were great in pushing the chain along and chasing solicitors involved. Best Estate Agents in Eastleigh by a mile!

We first met Bethany 4 years ago when looking for our first property, although we didn't purchase our house through Enfields Bethany kept in contact with myself over the years, and when thinking about selling Enfeilds were the first people we called. Bethany gave us a very honest, no pressure aprasial of our property. Even when we decided to let the property Bethany was still willing to help us where she could. Couldn't be happier with the service we received
