When selling my mothers house I asked a well known chain of estate agents as well as Enfields for a valuation. I met both estate agents on the same day and selected Enfields as Andrew Baxter was so passionate and enthusiastic about his business and what Enfields could offer and we felt the marketing package was superior. Within a week of the property being placed on the internet we had an offer and the whole sale was completed in less then 3 months from the initial valuation. Enfields arranged the Energy Performance Certificate, the solicitors, carried out all the viewings and kept me informed through the whole process. We purchased our house through Enfields at the end of February. The service was excellent and all the team were really helpful. I was really impressed with the sales progression, they worked hard to chase solicitors and keep things moving and it was nice knowing that we had someone we could trust to simply manage it without prompting. Even after the sale completed they responded quickly to additional queries. We are very happy in our home and hope to spend many years here, however when we decide that it is time to move again we will definitely be in contact with Enfields.
