Everyone at Enfields made it so easy for me to sell my house with them. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and very polite. It is the first time I have sold a house by myself so did not know what I had to do but every step was explained to me very clearly and helped me feel at ease. Highly recommend Enfields! 5 ????? We've used allot of different letting agents over the years and being totally honest most have turned out to be an absolute nightmare to deal with. This time we've chosen Enfields and I'm very impressed. Enfields are probably the best letting agent we've ever used. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property. We dealt with Paul for the viewing and he was awesome. We dealt with Georgia for arranging the viewing and agreeing the property and I honestly must say She isn't your typical run of the mill letting agent - Were relocating from Leeds to Southampton and usually moving home is stressful at the best of times but relocating to a different area of the country should be allot more stressful than this actually is.. thanks to Georgia She's making the process quite simple. She's good at her job and I get the impression she's passionate about her job and actually enjoys it.. this shows when speaking with her. Thank you to the team at Enfields Estate agents

Great experience buying my first flat

I bought my first flat through Enfields and primarily dealt with Sam, as well as Shaun. They always kept me in the loop and I didn't have to chase them for anything. Along with my efficient solicitor at Dutton Gregory, the whole process only took 2 months!

We recently sold our property through Enfields and were very happy with the service provided. We were fully updated and informed throughout which made the process a lot less stressful. There is a very good sense of team spirit in the Southampton branch and each member of staff was able to help and if not always made sure you got a call back. Whilst they suggested options for us we never got pushed into anything which was a good feeling. Would recommend for anyone buying/selling in the Southampton area.

Agents to be trusted!

I recently bought a property through Enfields. Both Sam and Shaun were on the case from the beginning - taking the property off the market once the offer was accepted, and keeping an eye pro actively on proceedings. I had a previous a very poor experience with a Southampton agent, who acted unethically - borderline illegally, but felt assured from the start of this purchase that I could trust Enfields to act honestly. They would be my choice of agent if I was selling.

Viewed a property with Enfields a few weeks ago. Felt very discriminated as a person by them, taking us by judgement and not asking ongoing further questions to lead us with success with a property we was turned down due to them not giving enough formal details to the landlord! Defiantly will think twice when seeing a property with these again! Shocking!

Chris Heaps (Managing Director) Hi Bethany, Thank you for giving me time to investigate your comments. Discrimination is something we take very seriously at Enfields and in some cases it is restricted through certain legislation. We are also regulated through The Property Ombudsman as well as The Association of Letting Agents and must work to a strict code of conduct. At the time of your interest on the property we had a second party who also demonstrated an interest in letting it. The landlord ultimately makes the decision and that was based on the ‘basic’ information you and the other party provided. Having made my enquiries we are sure that the landlord would have made the same decision even if you would have provided further formal details. We understand your disappointment but the decision by the landlord was based on the other tenants particular circumstance and his decision was not personal. If you feel you were discriminated against you are obviously within your right to make a formal complaint in writing to The Property Ombudsman who would investigate this further. Professional and helpful, especially when the sale 'dragged on a fair bit' due to matters at the beginning of the chain. House sold to first person who viewed (prior to photos and Rightmove) who were on an Enfields alert listing. Would recommend.
