We moved over from another large corporate estate agent that we were disappointed with and received better service within the first day than we did two weeks with the previous company. We were kept up to date with progress and Bradley was always available to answer any questions. He appreciated that we needed a quick sale and we had an offer within 12 days of the property being online. Enfield's were brilliant from start to finish. Their agents give honest advice but also respect your privacy and aren't to intrusive. Other companies we viewed houses through force you to fill out forms after every house you visit which we found very time-consuming and extremely tedious. Enfield's only contact us when they thought they had a new property that we'd be interested in. The two people who we dealt with, Sam Binnington, and Shaun Jordan were extremely professional as well very understanding about our needs. They provide help throughout the process and were able to talk us through the jargon as first time buyers.

Enfields had the property online, with great pictures, within a couple of hours and then sold it very quickly. Unfortunately, my conveyancer was utterly inept but I can’t stress enough how on the ball Kevin (Bitterne branch) was. He never stopped liaising with and actively chasing the various parties in the chain and keeping the momentum up. I think we’d still be sorting it all out now with a lesser agent. It’s when you have problems you need someone good at their job - Kevin was superb. I won’t use anyone else now and would strongly recommend him/Enfields (Bitterne) to anyone. Thanks

These guys in Enfields are absolutely excellent. Communication was really good. They were updating us with progress every week always with polite and professional manners. There was some issues with the selling process but they put lots of afford to make the property ours. 5 star company!

FacebookThese guys have push boundaries to get for us to move house! Everyone is very friendly and personable which is what we like in a service. From start to finish being efficient, professional and proactive! I’d certainly recommend these guys! The only downside was them working with shocking Solicitors which they already know the feedback but all in all reputable Estate Agent! FacebookI have worked for other agents throughout my 17 years in the industry and I can honestly say this is the best one. Corporate, ha! not what you think. They might have the name and the big fancy office, but does that sell your home. No! you and the staff are just a number on a spreadsheet. I would definitely recommend giving a local firm a try and experience first hand the guy who owns the business taking an interest, not just with you but his staff too. if you need any advice, please contact 01977 233124 and any member of staff will be happy to help

Within the last 18 months have bought a house via Enfields, let that house via Enfields, are in the process of letting a flat through them & will not hesitate to put any future lets through them or to sell with Enfields. Their customer service has been amazing throughout, always receive viewing feedback, they are always available to speak to & are always professional & friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend!

GoogleAfter speaking with 3 Estate agents prior to putting our house on the market we decided thankfully to go with Enfield's at Eastleigh. Nikki was very upfront and honest about what we should expect both with selling price and time scale. We had a good amount of viewings every week and sold within the time that we were advised we would. We dealt with Luan day to day and she is a credit to Enfield's and equally committed to helping make a stressful period as easy as she can. I would strongly recommend Enfield's in Eastleigh (and have done) for the sale and marketing of your home. Regardless of whom you may deal with be it Nikki, Luan or another member of there team, all are friendly committed people that do there best for you.

If I could rate Kevin and his team at bitterne enfields 100 stars I would! Having to all my house was stressful and they made it a much easier calmer process. I was always kept up to date and nothing was ever too much, way beyond expectations. I have used this team twice now for both buying and selling and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

If you want an honest, respectable agent, I thoroughly recommend using Enfields and asking for Georgia. I wouldn’t use another Estate Agent in Southampton.

The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price. A big thank you to Will for advertising the property and a massive thank you to Shaun - he has had a real challenge to get us exchanged on our purchase, very determined, never gave up, very confident and knowledgable, informed us of any news - a lovely person to deal with. GoogleGeorgia was very friendly and responsive. Hard worker. Having said that, the prices charged for services were extortionate and I would not recommend students choose this place. 2 star rating because you will get swindled for your money.
Dear Mohamad, thank you for providing this feedback, I’m glad to hear the service you received was good, but I’m sorry you felt the fees were high. We do not specialise in student property and therefore don’t have many students rent with us, but it may be the specialist student rental companies do things differently. It’s certainly useful feedback and we shall consider this more carefully on student properties in future.

GoogleWe have worked with Paul and his team at Enfields for many years and have always been impressed by their attitude to online marketing… accepting the need to constantly evolve and keep up with user trends and changes on the web and in their industry. We have working closely together to deliver the best possibly website - not just a business tool for an estate agent, but primarily a genuine website to best serve their customers (very refreshing!). We are biased obviously but think the latest version of the website, that will no doubt continue to evolve, is one of the best out there.
