GoogleNeil at Ellis & Co was instrumental in the purchase of our first property despite all obstacles encounter up chain. He is pleasantly transparent and proactive, at the same time offering excellent advices to the loads of queries we have (and we aren't the commission paying party). It was a difficult sale and took time as there were several other properties in the same block for sale. GoogleOur family was served by a Junior sales and lettings negotiator called Dillon from Wembley branch. His customer service was very good. He was very professional and friendly. We saw powerful positivity in his customer service. He let us view the house in very relaxed way, he was was not hurrying us at all. Unfortunately, we could not make an offer on the house he showed us. However, he was very positive about my rejection too, he was willing to show other houses that we could like in future. GoogleI have just sold my house after living there over 30 years. I chose Ellis & Co for the job, and was fortunate enough to work with Adam as my agent. I was very nervous about the whole thing, but Adam, with his professionalism and calm and reassuring approach worked wonders and the house was under offer within a few days. He was supportive throughout the whole process and I can thoroughly recommend Ellis & Co, and particularly Adam.
