During the entirety of this time, I have found every member of the team to have had the highest of professional standards, offering excellent advice on all aspects of the property market, being friendly, dealing with all matters promptly, being available at the other end of the phone or email, and generally making me feel like a valued individual. This team manages to strike that difficult balance of having the interests both of the landlord and tenants (and equally vendor and buyer) at heart. I would like to single out Mr Khalid Ghani who is at the helm of this branch and has created an excellent working ethos in this office.
