We bought a flat through Ellis and Co - Ross White was our estate agent. Ross was professional and courteous throughout the process. If he needed to find out how things were progressing, he would first try to gain that information from the mortgage broker and solicitor before calling us - this was appreciated. Everything went smoothly - would recommend.

Ross provided us with a professional, prompt and friendly service throughout the whole process. He was great at keeping us appraised of all events and progress in relation to the Buyer's position and so we never felt like we were in the dark at any stage. He liaised with our Seller's agent when necessary and in turn kept the Seller on board. The fees were very competitive and I would not hesitate in recommending Ellis and Co to any prospective Sellers.

I was first introduced to the agent by Mustafa Khalifa. Mustafa is very proffessional in his approach and explained every aspect in clear detail whilist i was handing over the property to Ellis to manage. I would recommend any to landlord who has a property in this area to speak to him due to him being polite, proffessional and very detailed in his work. I felt secure and safe knowing that Mustafa and his collagues have been overlooking my property whilist in their management at Ellis and Co. The service provided was excellant and i am hoping to pass any future properties on to this agent once acquired.

GoogleI would not recommend Ellis & Co Wembley. When I put my property on the market, Cristina Siladi, the Sales Manager, had mis represented the property on the marketing by adding false details which I made clear was not true, but she said it will help attract buyers. This was then found out by the buyer in the later stages who pulled out of the transaction. I had given notice to the tenants and this caused me a lot of stress and costed me thousands of pounds and I had to file in a complaint to the Property Ombudsman. I would question a lot these claims made below, but in their defence they did assist to find new tenants after which I gladly declined due to the misconduct of Cristina Siladi.
M Patel - I do not believe you are a client of our what so ever or ever have been. Let us make ourselves very clear, we DO NOT mis-represent properties in anyway. If you wish to discuss in more detail I would be happy to do so, but making such malicious claims about any member of staff is not very nice just so that we look bad! Regards Ellis & Co.

GoogleIf anyone is looking for renting a house in Wembley central/Alperton/Sudbury area they should contact Himanshu Limbachia of Ellis & Co. He is a synonym of customer service. He guides the customer to the best possible available house in the locality keeping the budget in mind and also helps the customer to settle down peacefully. The great quality of Himanshu is his after sell service. He never avoids the customer after they take the possession of the house and always addresses their issues and solve those as soon as possible. In a nutshell I would recommend him highly (I have been served by him twice) and would request others who are looking for a house in Wembley/Alperton/Sudbury area should approach him for his service. He is very much approachable.

GoogleI came into this office for advise about buying a new house. I am a first time buyer & do not know a lot. Your sales front man Kamil was very welcoming and warm with my query. He offered me a seat and we went through my budgets & criteria. He was very knowledgeable of the process and I feel he was also very honest with his advise. I have since taken his advise and need to save a little more to hit 5%. Kamil is a true testament to a high delivery of customer service and I was very happy with him as this was my first time experience. I will be coming back when I am ready to buy. Thank you Kamil.

I find these Agents thoroughly reliable, professional and very friendly and have no hesitation in recommending them to any one. Raj & Ravi have always helped me in any problem and have also given sound advice on property investments. Shikha has always gone out of her way to ensure 100 per cent satisfaction. I was recommended Ellis & Co in Wembley by a close friend who also uses them, and I have to say Deepak and team have exceed my expectations from finding me a reliable tenant, through to helping maintain my property and also going the extra mile by providing completed end of year paperwork to help me complete my tax obligations. GoogleEllis & Co Wembley Central Branch, Firstly a massive thank you to all the staff in the Lettings Department for finding me the perfect rental property to rent. I had been in the process of relocating from Scotland back to London and had been struggling to find a ideal property to rent I spent so much time back and forth from Scotland to London on viewings with OTHER LOCAL ESTATE AGENTS!! it actually became a nightmare, my specific requirements were never met due to lack of professionalism, attention to detail was poor which stressed me out and made me quite angry at times. But I am so pleased to say with Ellis & Co, they perfectly matched my requirements, sent me full details of ideal properties along with all the information I requested they have been absolutely brilliant and I am so happy to say I am moving into my new home next week and all thanks to Ellis & Co Wembley. :-)

The agent was extremely helpful and made the whole process of selling my property very easy. The photos that were put online gave a very good image of the house. The agent in my opinion did everything a seller would need - from the open day to the handing over of the property. I have felt very comfortable in the whole process and the agent made sure I knew what was happening and when it was happening. Overall a good experience which could be a very stressful time.

Ross White at Ellis & Co in Willesden provided an outstanding service at a competitive price, selling our property at over 98% of the asking price. We have tried before to sell our flat using other estate agents who lost interest when the property did not sell easily in the first month. Despite a couple of offers made in the first few weeks falling through, Ross maintained his interest and commitment to selling our property, arranging open house viewings on Saturdays. Ross kept us informed with regular e-mails and phone calls, and was always easy to contact and talk to. Coming to exchange of contracts, Ross continued to work on our behalf, speaking to solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain. We always felt Ross was fighting our corner and have recommended him to all our neighbours.

My partner and I were first time buyers and started looking in December 2013 at a point when the property market went crazy! We had dealings with several estate agents in the Stoke Newington/Tottenham area and are ultimately extremely happy that we saw the process through to completion with Ellis and Co. They were very easy to deal with, always quick to respond to questions and requests and very accommodating at all times. Their straightforward attitude and stress free approach was just what we needed as first time buyers and I'm in no doubt that their level of service would be very hard to come by at larger, more corporate agencies. I would recommend them very highly.

GoogleEllis and Co. manage my mother's home which is rented out to tenants. They offer a reliable, prompt and efficient service. Mel Sornio has been managing the liaison between myself and the tenants. She is unfailingly courteous and sympathetic, addressing every issue as it arises and resolving it professionally and effectively. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have twice needed documents, which I misplaced, for my accounts and they have appeared within 24 hours on request. I recommend them to you.

GoogleI sold my mother's house through Ellis & Co. of Golders Green whom I selected after interviewing four local agents. They all seemed to be good but Ellis just had the edge. Jason was my contact throughout the process. He was very proactive in ensuring that the buyer's solicitor was on track and also chased me up when I was slow to respond to the buyer's enquiries. And the sale? The house sold at the asking price within one day. Ellis contacted potential buyers on their hot list of clients. Two viewed the property and the second one made an offer. Jason encouraged him to offer the full price and he did. Was I satisfied with Ellis's service? I was. Would I recommend them? You betcha!
