We just sold a small apartment through Ellis and Co. It was a highly positive experience overall. They are professional and honest. Ellis and Co will give you a realistic appraisal of what the property may fetch. They won't promise sky high prices, but nevertheless they try very hard to generate as many viewings and offers. They know the N15 and N17 area well and thus know how to market the property effectively. After an offer is agreed on, they follow through the process (I now realize chasing solicitors is not an easy task!) They do not pressure you to accept offers you are not comfortable with. The sale process is not always smooth sailing and our initial buyer pulled out. Ellis and Co quickly remarketed the property promptly and without additional charges. Great job done and I am glad we engaged Ellis and Co. Highly recommended.

I met Ross White who was acting on behalf of the seller and assisted until a transaction could be agreed in a particularly cumbersome situation. Ross kept in permanent contact with myself and the seller making sure the information flow was ongoing, timely and transparent. Ross also facilitated communication between solicitors until the exchange. Very personable and knowledgeable. Good service from start to finish.

I would like to say that the experience of the sale of the property of which my Granny bought was great. In fact, EXCELLENT!!!!! From speaking with Umut who was presentable, professional, caring and friendly to dealing with Mustafa who took us through the main bulk of the sale of the property. Mustafa made us feel comfortable. If there was a concern, he addressed it straight away. He went above and beyond, mine, my grannies and my mums expectations and gave us professional advice. He was supportive when we had any concerns and was professional as well as honest and caring. I would defiantly recommend this branch as they are trustworthy, experienced, they know their roles and what they are doing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. If I was to purchase a property in the same area, I would go to them first. On behalf of my granny, my mum and from me, a HUGE THANK YOU!!!! :-)

Over the 12-13 years, I have sold 2 properties with the help of Mustafa Khalifa and Elis & Co. Mustafa is exceptional. He knows what he is doing, he is experienced and gives you peace of mind in an otherwise stress full time. I cannot rate him high enough. Thank you is not enough, for what you have done for myself and my family Mustafa. I also would like to mention the Director Azid and Letting Manager Kay Ali. Elis and Co, Tottenham branch....well done to the senior team. Really personable, warm and friendly. You get the strong feeling you are in good hands and you are being looked after. You are not just another statistic, or means for a commission. I would happily use their service over and over again.

GoogleEllis and Co team at Bethnal Green are absolutely fantastic! I have rented with them for one and a half years, during which they provided exceptionally fast responses to my queries and had every issue fixed straight away (they also managed the property). In the beginning of our tenancy we had an issue with the boiler and Ellis & Co got it sorted immediately. Renewing our contract was a breeze, because Kier (our awesome agent) made the process very straight forward and seamless. Ellis and Co charge very reasonable prices, while they deliver an exceptionally high quality service. I highly recommend them to all my friends, because great estate agents are hard to find!

GoogleExtremely pleasant experience selling our flat through Ellis & Co, Golders Green. Agents were instructed on 15th May 2013 after agreeing a selling price. Their fliers went out on-line & by post 17th May 2013. Viewings were arranged and a number of prospective buyers viewed the flat. Full feed back of viewings was passed on to us via email and telephone call. Offer accepted 29th May 2013. Contracts exchanged 12 July 2013 and completion took place 19 July 2013. Could have been faster had solicitors not been on vacation. That is what I would call a first class professionally handled transaction. Thank you James Klienman. I am also extremely impressed with the ongoing management of the property by Melissa Sornio. I am kept updated on a monthly basis on the cash flow and all major repairs and up keep is brought to my attention . From my experience Ellis &Co is highly recommended

Melissa Sornio the letting manager has always provided excellent and professional service. She is a asset to the company. GoogleI have used Ellis & Co now on 3 occasions and have been extremely impressed by the professionalism shown by Jason Davis in particular with regards to my purchases and sales in the past couple of years. The valuations discussed with and given by Jason on what to put my properties on the market for was spot on and a buyer found and subsequently completed on the sale quickly and efficiently. My purchases with Jason have been just as efficient again from the original negotiations with the vendors on my behalf up to completion. I look forward to using Jason and the professional team behind him hopefully in the near future.
