GoogleThe service i received from Ellis and co was fantastic. They made the stress of moving an easy and pleasurable experience. They were highly efficient in signing the tenancy agreement and the process was very quick. A huge thanks to Josh Finestone as well who is the best estate agent I have yet to deal with. He was professional yet very welcoming and friendly and helpful at every step of the way. I would gladly use Ellis and co again.

Mustafa Khalifa and his team are so energetic that selling my property causes no much stress. They handle it excellent from the day he talk to me the possibilities of selling my property until the completion day . They are always there to answer all you want to know. I have been very impressed with the service received from Mustafa Khalifa. He was the agent who managed the purchase of a house in Seven Sisters. The client care was professional, responsive, honest and met my requirements in terms of being informative and efficient. Mustafa arranged on site independent mortgage advice as well as recommending a local Solicitor who in my opinion offered offered value for money for the service provided. I am grateful and wish all conveyancing matters could be dealt with so effectively and efficiently. Mustafa has also helped me to let a flat and again this transaction was handled professionally meeting my requirements of good vetted tenants and the rent achieved was market value. I am a satisfied customer who would recommend this approachable agent Mustafa Khalifa. Ellis & Co. is the preferred agent if I was to let my property again via an agent. All the staff are friendly and professional but particular recommendation and thanks to Mustafa. The house I brought has been my best buy! I am a happy customer! : )

Mustafa went beyond the call of duty to resolve an issue with my tenancy. He put a lot of time and energy to ensure that I got off to a good start with my tenancy. Moving house can be stressful, but Mustafa was there to help ease some of that stress for me. He responded to emails, texts and calls promptly. He has excellent interpersonal skills which is essential to providing a good customer service.

GoogleEllis and Co team at Bethnal Green are absolutely fantastic! I have rented with them for one and a half years, during which they provided exceptionally fast responses to my queries and had every issue fixed straight away (they also managed the property). In the beginning of our tenancy we had an issue with the boiler and Ellis & Co got it sorted immediately. Renewing our contract was a breeze, because Kier (our awesome agent) made the process very straight forward and seamless. Ellis and Co charge very reasonable prices, while they deliver an exceptionally high quality service. I highly recommend them to all my friends, because great estate agents are hard to find!

GoogleExtremely pleasant experience selling our flat through Ellis & Co, Golders Green. Agents were instructed on 15th May 2013 after agreeing a selling price. Their fliers went out on-line & by post 17th May 2013. Viewings were arranged and a number of prospective buyers viewed the flat. Full feed back of viewings was passed on to us via email and telephone call. Offer accepted 29th May 2013. Contracts exchanged 12 July 2013 and completion took place 19 July 2013. Could have been faster had solicitors not been on vacation. That is what I would call a first class professionally handled transaction. Thank you James Klienman. GoogleI sold my mother's house through Ellis & Co. of Golders Green whom I selected after interviewing four local agents. They all seemed to be good but Ellis just had the edge. Jason was my contact throughout the process. He was very proactive in ensuring that the buyer's solicitor was on track and also chased me up when I was slow to respond to the buyer's enquiries. And the sale? The house sold at the asking price within one day. Ellis contacted potential buyers on their hot list of clients. Two viewed the property and the second one made an offer. Jason encouraged him to offer the full price and he did. Was I satisfied with Ellis's service? I was. Would I recommend them? You betcha!

Melissa Sornio the letting manager has always provided excellent and professional service. She is a asset to the company. Her desire to help the landlord & tents to achieve best result is second to none. It has been a pleasure dealing with this branch without any hesitation. GoogleIt was James Ryan's enormous enthusiasm and positive attitude that lead me to use Ellis and Co at Golders Green to sell my house and I chose well. James Kleinman who dealt with everything from showing my house to chasing solicitors, estate agents and buyers was professional, polite, and very nice to talk to even when the situation became very stressful. I had no idea how stressful selling my house was and I am very grateful to James for his calm but firm and efficient presence through out the process. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again.

GoogleJames Ryan at Ellis and Co manages the Ellis office in completely professional manners. He lives in the moment and always freshly respond as if he would meet me for the first time.He has been behind to support and responsible for all the work and his existence makes us feel safe whatever happens. I have been very happy with how Jason Davis handled the sale of our property. He worked non-stop to make sure the sale went through , liasing between the purchaser, the two sets of solicitors, and myself in order to proceed the sale as quickly as possible. It was a long process than expected which nearly fell through a few times and we would not have completed without Jason's hard work chasing up all parties and keeping us informed at all times as well as James's willingly supportive assurances . Moreover Jason contacted the other agent from where we bought the flat , updating the situation of the sales,so that we can move in on completion of the sale of our house. He was very considerate for us to be comfortable. The team of Ellis and Co. always acted in a highly professional and positive manner. They certainly know what they were doing and we do not have any worry though this is my first time sale and purchase of the property. GoogleIf anyone is looking for renting a house in Wembley central/Alperton/Sudbury area they should contact Himanshu Limbachia of Ellis & Co. He is a synonym of customer service. He guides the customer to the best possible available house in the locality keeping the budget in mind and also helps the customer to settle down peacefully. The great quality of Himanshu is his after sell service. He never avoids the customer after they take the possession of the house and always addresses their issues and solve those as soon as possible. In a nutshell I would recommend him highly (I have been served by him twice) and would request others who are looking for a house in Wembley/Alperton/Sudbury area should approach him for his service. He is very much approachable.
