GoogleMy experience with Ellis & Co has been very positive and happy one. Few months back I approached them to let out our flat in Wembley. They managed it so nicely and in a very professional way. It is not only I got the higher rent than the last time let out through some other estate agent the terms and conditions were also better. It took only few weeks to sign and seal the whole transaction. The office staff, especially the managers Ravi and Dipak and lovely secretary Shikha have been so helpful and cordial all the time. For a short period we had an offer where we did not charge the vendor but the buyer would pay our commission. You will find this is common practice in London.
