The workers in the company are really charming and caring. They have treat us really good at all times since the first day. Mamoon showed us the house and did all the paperwork and we are very happy with him; he is great. Even the manager went out from the office to talk to us and we felt really comfy. Max Heath was extremely

Max Heath was extremely polite and in hindsight, we wish we had continued to use him. We insisted on using someone with more experience, as we had previously been let down by another local agent. Keith Comely was unprofessional and rude from the very start. He lost the keys to the property, which he then had the audacity to blame me for. I had driven over 70 miles to re-view it once under offer. He told me 5 mins before he was due to meet me at the property that my asbestos surveyor, who had surveyed the property a full week earlier, had not returned the keys .... he'd only just realised! He then went on the internet and accused me of using a dodgy company ... copy and pasting a bad review via email. He said he would report the lost keys to police as my surveyor was ignoring him (he did me too, but that's another story!) After I completed on the property, I called to ask if the lost keys had been reported and was told by Max that the locks had been changed. Keith hadn't even bothered to let me know. Keith knew how stressful the situation was, but made no attempt to make it less so. When the property is remarketed, Ellis & Co are the last agents I would use.

Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with; he made contact quickly after my initial enquiry, he organised the viewing swiftly and was extremely quick to correspond with the landlord when my partner and I put in an offer. So far I am delighted to say that Ellis and co has exceeded my expectation for a London property agent. 1. First I was able to conduct my business remotely. i.e from a different city quite far from London and it was not possible for me to travel to London. 2. The responses are timely, clear and to the point where I do not need to re-clarify anything or ask further clarification questions regarding the action in question. 3. Ellis and Co. do listen to the points the customer makes and if they are reasonable and doable they will follow or agree to follow what is possible to do. 4. What they say they do they will do. 5. Hardly any chasers had to be made to get any updates and if that was the case was because they were actually busy dealing with your matter. 6.
