GoogleWe have recently rented a property through Ellis and Co and the service we received was excellent. We had a few issues with our referencing but they put in the work to get it resolved. Nicki was amazing the whole way through.

GoogleMe and my girlfriend had a couple of viewings with this company and Nicki was our point of contact and took us to see them. She was very professional and helpful and was able to answer all my questions. The service was spot on and i would definitely recommend this company. Nicki was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable her field.

GoogleNicki Loizou is one of the most efficient and proactive lettings managers I have worked with. We have a portfolio of residential properties with a variety of agents and I would rate Nicki as one of the best around. She provides a personal service (far too many agents are trying to do too much online) and she really gets things done and isn't afraid of dealing with problems when they crop up. I have also dealt with Khalid who was great too - it seems they have a wonderful team. Thank you Nicki. Definitely 5 stars.

Belinda and Nicki in lettings have always been reliable, friendly and helpful, as has Khalid.Nicki, who deals with my lettings is great. Easy to get on with but very business-like and spirited. GoogleMinus stars if I could give them. Raj the owner is rogue estate agents do not use. Charges for market valuations after discussing there will be no charges with his colleagues. He does valuations that are very low compared to other estate agents and he also did a valuation for a property by looking inside a window? There are many other professional estate agents around.

I have moved house many times and bought and sold properties using many different estate agents. I have a small port folio of residential flats. Three years a ago I helped my brother who had been unwell move from London to Sheffield to be near the family. Ellis and Co Tottenham were instructed to sell his property. Within a week they had several offers on the property but the move began to upset my brother and he cancelled the sale. Azid and Umut were very understanding, I brought my brother to Sheffield and the sale continued successfully. I recently contacted Ellis and Co. and spoke to Umut to ask a favour; he remembered me immediately although we had never met. He willingly offered to help. Ellis and Co. go the extra mile every time and genuinely care for the people using their Agency. I would recommend them above all the Estate Agents I have used in the past - and that is a large number of Agents.

GoogleWe asked Ellis & Co to sell our family home after seeing much of the local competition and in my opinion we could not have asked for a better agency. From the outset Khalid Ghani put our interests at the forefront, provided realistic market advice and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them - they were supportive, professional and patient - an absolutely faultless service. GoogleKhalid and team have been managing my rental property for a number of years, and just recently Khalid has been overseeing the complete refurbishment of my flat. I did a bit of shopping around the agents when I was first looking for someone to manage the flat, and from the start it was clear Khalid is a man you can completely trust to get the jobs done, and he always gets the balance right between tenant and landlord. As a measure of the trust I had in him, I left the refurbishment completely in his hands, and he has done the most superb job- on time, on budget, with excellent communication, and with a clear personal passion on his part for getting it right. You could not ask for more. Thank you again Khalid.

When I was looking for someone to manage my rented flat, I did some shopping around and from the first meeting Khalid presented all the qualities I was looking for and over a number of years he and the team have done a great job of balancing the needs of tenants and landlord. I have just refurbished the flat and I was 100% confident to leave this project with Khalid and he has done a superb job- not just on time and on budget, but he also clearly invests a lot of his own personal passion into his work. He has a very good spatial awareness and can see the potential in a property that I can never spot. Thanks again Khalid for all your commitment. I consider myself lucky to have found someone I can trust with the running of my flat.
