GoogleLike most people I have had some pretty negative experiences with estate agents, but I am very happy to say that Ellis & Co are nothing like the stereotype. Fantastic service, very reasonable fees, always like to go above and beyond for their customers. Just this week I needed a washing machine and Darius sorted it all for me just like that! Even fitted the delivery around my schedule. Very grateful for the excellent service.

GoogleThe team at Ellis and Co Wembley provide an excellent service, both in sales and in lettings. I have had dealings with them as another agent, and as a customer over the last 6 years. They were very thorough and professional during my purchase of a local property, and they have been great at getting me quality tenants to fill it. When there has been the need to use their services for finding general maintenance contractors for the property, they have been quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent customer service and very friendly, I have peace of mind that my property is in good hands. They have good connections with local tradesmen and anything that has required attention in my flat has been addressed instantly. Any work that has been done has been of the highest standard and with minimum disruption to my tenant. Nadia has been incredibly helpful!! She is reliable and trustworthy and has made letting and maintaining my property much simpler. I am notified immediately of anything that requires my attention and all paperwork is thoroughly documented and explained. They have made the job of being a landlord far easier and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleSelling the house my elderly father had lived in for over 70 years so that he could move closer to us was a very daunting prospect as we began the process last summer. We were visited by three local agents and the team from Ellis and Co were simply head and shoulders above the rest. We were immediately struck by Jatender’s approachability, straightforwardness and especially his sensitivity towards my Dad’s needs. The baton was then taken up by Adam, who proved to be an outstanding support to us all in what turned out to be a long and frustrating process at times. Throughout this period, Adam always did his very best for us, remaining consistently proactive in our interests whilst maintaining a calm and optimistic attitude. We really cannot praise or thank them enough and recommend Ellis & Co. Mill Hill wholeheartedly.
