I would wholeheartedly recommend Howard and the team. As an inexperienced first time seller now living 200 miles away up the MI - and separated by Covid restrictions - I approached the sale with some natural trepidation.But I need not have worried. Neil at Ellis & Co was instrumental in the purchase of our first property despite all obstacles encounter up chain. He is pleasantly transparent and proactive, at the same time offering excellent advices to the loads of queries we have (and we aren't the commission paying party). He is the agent you want to have no matter you are buying or selling. Definitely recommended.

No interest in their tenants. We lived in horrible place. Damp and wet walls. Agent did nothing. We leave property and never recommend this agency. They don't have for health safety of clients

Neil at Ellis &co was always helpful efficient friendly and professional. Always on the ball with help and advice and very easy to deal with. It was a difficult sale as it was one of several apartments in the block and took time but he always put in the effort and kept me informed throughout. A very good service.
