GoogleStress Free Move - I recently Sold my property with Ellis & Co Sidcup and I can honestly say it was an excellant service - both Craig & Kevin answered every call we made (& it was alot) the feedback from viewings was informative and honest - they have made our move an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this small but more than adequate local Estate Agent.

I have been absolutely delighted with the service from Matthew and Kahlid at Ellis & Co in Finchley, and I thoroughly recommend them. From the very beginning, they've been helpful, responsive and not pushy at all. As a buyer, I've found them to be very different to other estate agents, gentlemanly, honest and efficient. I genuinely rate them and will use them again.

GoogleIncompetent doesn't nearly cover it. Outside drain has been leaking onto bedroom ceilings for months, both rooms have had part of ceiling replaced, but still drain not fixed. Replies from them take days if not weeks, and often the reply they do send is completely useless in all senses. I greatly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Shambles.

A big thank you to Ray and Kevin at the Harrow branch and to Howard, Rakesh and Jay at the Stanmore one. Between the two branches I received constant updates in my quest for finding a tenant and mission accomplished! Although they are in different locations they all work well as one team. Helpful, excellent communication and comfortably friendly. Had some issues with the flat I'm renting. Old blinds and extractor breaking. Marta managed to get someone out the next day and within an hour he had come back with the replacement parts.

Everything with Ellis & Co Wembley has been quite straight forward. Was always contacted via email & over the phone if needed something. Any confusion they’ll help as much as possible. I was in contact with: Dillion, Catalin, Adjona & Jatin. All seem to be very nice helpful employees within the business. No bad experience so far, but doubt will be any :)

From the very first moment, Neil was great to work with. We feel he was honest, and communicated rapidly and effectively with us and the sellers. He was very responsive and moved quickly, allowing us to proceed with speed with our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and we've had interaction with other agents who have been nowhere near as responsive as Neil. We would definitely use his services if we were to sell our -property in the future, or to buy another property.
