The home we bought was on sale through Dacres. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. They maintained communications between all the parties involved which was very helpful as there were some difficult circumstances involved. They clearly knew the house before they took us to view it so were able to answer most questions on the spot and follow up questions were answered promptly. All in all a professional service which helped at what can be a stressful time.

The sale of mums bungalow has been very challenging due to the local clauses put on it when my parents bought it . Tom was very helpful in getting to the bottom of it . I would definitely recommend using their services .

Branch manager Claire Tiplady and sales negotiator Jack Hatton were both extremely helpful when it came to selling our property. Claire gave us a realistic valuation which she ensured we achieved and Jack was a real live wire when showing the property such that we sold it within four weeks. They worked really hard for us and I can highly recommend the Ripon Office of Dacre, Son & Hartley.
