From house valuation to house sell was pretty straight forward. Thanks to Dacre team in Morley especially Susan who had dealt with difficult people who was interested in our house at the beginning. She gave us good advices and we finally got a great buyer who went for our asking price. Our house was sold within 2weeks on the market. I can't thanks enough for the good communication from the team throughout our sell process. Highly recommend!!

Kept us well informed, friendly and helpful, guided us through the process which we had not done for 44 years! Yes, we would recommend them for both buying and selling.

The Dacres team have been consistently excellent from the outset. I wasted 4 months with a rival agent who overvalued the house and had no idea what was happening one day to the next. Having got rid of them, Emma’s team haven’t put a foot …
