GoogleWe have just sold a property through Dacre Son and Hartley and the process with the company was the best we have experienced. Claire and Jack were outstanding in their attention to detail as was Omar the photographer. Without their input we would never have exceeded the asking price. Throughout the process they were accessible on every occasion and were able to offer assistance with our purchase, without their input the chain could have fallen apart on two occasions. GoogleThis is the second time I have had dealings with Dacre Son & Hartley and I couldn’t have wished for a better transition of properties. I arranged 3 estimates for selling my property and all were of a similar cost for the selling package but I selected Dacre Son & Hartley after previous personal experience. After listing my property both Harriet and Anita visited the property to see what renovation works had been undertaken and to grasp the positives of the property for selling. The property sold within 1 day and although luck does play a part I firmly believe good marketing and excellent customer service plays a huge part. Following agreement being reached on the sale the after sales service between the purchaser and myself was faultless. Communication with solicitors was again not a problem and I was updated every step of the journey. I cannot speak more highly of Dacre Son & Hartley, Knaresborough and I would not hesitate to recommend them should you be selling a property in the area. Thank you
