From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic, her communication was always clear and reassuring, and she never left us in the dark. What really stood out was how dedicated she was to finding the information we needed, often going above and beyond to get answers quickly. It genuinely felt like she cared about us and our situation, and having her support made a stressful process so much easier given how much of a nightmare our chain was. GoogleTom put a lot of time and effort into what became a complex sale due to an earlier chain collapsing. He was very professional and kept me updated throughout. He also did the viewing when I originally purchased the house. At the time I thought him to be informative, professional and not at all pushy. Would definitely recommend

GoogleExcellent service. After using many estate agents to view houses over the last year. Dacre, Son and Hartley was by far the best. They always made availability for you, even on weekends which was something I found frustrating with other estate agents. They came across like they wanted to sell you a property by putting 100% effort into their clients, rather than wanting to clock off at 3pm like some of the others. But they also maintained a level of respect without any pressure selling. They all had good knowledge when asked about their properties and if they didn’t have an answer they would always find out for you from another colleague. I would like to thank the team who dealt with me; Ian, Lily, Dee and Ellie who were all so helpful in their own ways and made the journey buying my house a stress free and easy one. They were always there on the other end of the phone if I needed them and was always so polite despite how many times I would call in a week. If you find your dream home and Dacre, Son and Hartley are the estate agent managing it, you’re one of the lucky ones as they are clearly the best in this area alone. Thank you Dacre.
