Absolutely recommend the team at the Knaresborough branch of Dacre, Son & Hartley. Nick's local knowledge was obvious during his market appraisal, as was his understanding of his client base. Anita managed the "paperwork" involved in getting mum's bungalow on to the market. The bungalow attracted many viewings, all dealt with by the sales team, keeping me updated at all times. Unfortunately, the original purchaser dropped out but the team had several other interested parties lined up. We were fortunate to receive two further offers, one of course accepted and I trust the new owners are happy in their new home. Special mention to Harriet and Sue who were both involved in viewings and were very understanding of the emotions involved in selling mum's bungalow on her behalf. Almost immediately an agent came to my house and did all the necessary administration and within a very short time my house was on the market. A day later I had 3 viewings and my house sold almost immediately.
