GoogleFrom the day my house was put on sale I was impressed by the efficient and competent way the agent dealt with requests. All through the process of selling i was given support and considered information on what was happening. It was reassuring.. I was continually kept informed as to what was happening. After the house was sold and I was having to deal with solicitors with the exactly opposite motivational traits, the estate agent kept negotiating between their office and myself which offered me encouragement and progress information i would not have had. I cannot speak more highly of the work they have done.

GoogleI cannot thank and praise Gavin and his team highly enough for their patience and effort put in, to get this sale over the line for us. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you promptly if you have a question. Thanks to Gavins local knowledge we took his advice with the price, and the property sold within 3 weeks at full price. He explained everything at the first meet, and we felt that confident we signed there and then without hesitation. Please use their services, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

GoogleArranged a viewing for a property. They didn't turn up on time and didn't call me as a professional courtesy to let me know they were running late and then had the cheek to say I should have waited a bit longer. As a busy professional time is money.

GoogleAmazing journey to getting the house on the market! We contacted Gavin on Sunday, he valued the property on Monday, photos were taken on Wednesday (which were amazing), property went live on the Friday and we already had viewings on Sunday! All within 7 days! Can't recommend enough

GoogleI recently sold my property and the Estate Agent of choice was Dacres in Knaresborough. Almost immediately an agent came to my house and did all the necessary administration and within a very short time my house was on the market. A day later I had 3 viewings and my house sold almost immediately. Throughout the process Harriet (Dacres) kept me abreast of everything and regularly just checked in to let me know if there hadn’t been any changes which provided reassurance that she was managing my move and invested. She had a wonderful demeanour and helped make light of the move which as we know is one of the most stressful life events you can experience - so thank you and well done.

On 21st March 2025, I emailed the branch requesting a quote to sell my property. Receiving no reply, I called to follow up, and they confirmed receipt of my email, promising a response. None was provided. If they cannot manage basic communication with a potential client, I have little confidence in their service once you are a customer.
