GoogleThis is the second time in 2 years I’ve used Dacres. They know the area, their valuations are spot on, photos are the best I’ve seen and the team at Bingley are very good. I sold both houses very quickly. I’d like to give a special mention to Cath Bradbury. My first sale was complex and she handled it so well. She knew exactly where all parties were at, who owed what in terms of paperwork and she went through the financials of parties in a lot of detail. She was just brilliant. I’ve dealt with Cath again this time and she’s just a lovely personable lady to deal with. She keeps you up to speed and it’s the one part of moving where I haven’t felt any stress. Thanks Cath - you’re fabulous!
