Never flustered , always cheerful and realistic keeping my feet on the ground. A thoroughly professional job even organising solicitors and keeping everY one in the loop. Communication excellent.

As a purchaser of a property they were selling on behalf of the sellers, she has helped guide me, as a first time buyer, through the whole process. Could not have asked for any better help. Just wish my solicitors were as accommodating. If you’re looking to sell your house you can rest assured they will take full care of everything. Customer service is second to none. Thank you Alison.

GoogleI don't usually do reviews but here I'll make an exception. We put our trust in Claire Tiplady who manages Dacre's Ripon Office and were not disappointed. When she valued our property we were sceptical about her suggested figure, which was higher than we expected, and questioned it. Claire explained her reasoning and was able to justify it to our satisfaction. She also talked to us about the pros and cons of when to go to market as we were in the fortunate position of being able to make that choice. The photos and the marketing brochure (we insisted on a glossy brochure) were excellent. In fact Dacres sold the house three times - the first decided they'd been too hasty after a week, the second sadly, lost their own buyer who died, and the third were a lovely couple who now live there happily with their young son (and have become our friends!). Every buyer offered a lower figure and on Claire's advice, each time she pressed for the asking price and achieved it. Really we couldn't have asked for more, and the five stars are well deserved.

GoogleGavin Townsend at Dacres actually sold our house twice for us, as the first time went abortive through no fault of theirs. Gavin and the team were very personable and professional, and Gavin himself couldn't have done enough for us and was a great support throughout a stressful process. We looked at several other agents in the local area and Dacres were competitive on fees but what really swung it for us was their personable approach. Another point to add is that their professional photographer is excellent. It isn't just someone taking pictures on their phone - it's a proper set up and it really did our house justice. I would highly recommend Dacres Morely.

GoogleThe team at West Park are fabulous. We sold and purchased with them. On both fronts, they were supportive, knowledgeable, fair and unflappable. They used a great photographer for our property and put together a solid brochure. They stayed in touch afterwards as well. Really human.

GoogleWould highly recommend Dacres of Ripon if you are thinking of selling your home. Claire the manager and her colleague Jack are just brilliant they are so helpful and so friendly. Without them I wouldn’t have got through the sale of my home they helped me all the way with paper work I didn’t understand and nothing was too much trouble to them they always made me feel welcome when I called into find answers to some of my paper work and have a chat and a laugh.
