GoogleJo of Country Properties has been amazing. She is just a phone call away and handled every of our request, professionally. We viewed at least 10 properties until we finally bought the one. She kept us up to date on all that was going on, on the chain, my wife even commented that these estate agents are better than the Solicitors as we got more information from them, than our solicitors. I will recommend her and Country Properties for all your housing needs in Shefford.

GoogleWe’ve just bought our first house through Country properties with superb help and support from the team. We received really good service and help from Laura in the initial stages of viewings and finding this property.. then even better support from Tracey for the past few months when we faced a lot of delays with the sellers solicitors. I didn’t even know such a role existed so when all of a sudden I started seeing results from Tracey chasing them it was amazing! My correspondence with her was all through emails but with such quick responses, I was always and constantly kept up to date about what was happening. We definitely would not be picking up our keys this week had it not been for Tracey’s involvement, so a massive thank you to her as well as the team for getting our sale through. Honestly highly recommend this team!

GoogleReally good service from Irma. Was great with communication the entire time. Explained everything clearly and she always got back to us quickly which was appreciated. Even though lots of companies had poor service through lockdown Irma if anything was even more on the ball! We would definitely use them again.

GoogleThoroughly impressed with my dealings with Country Properties. In this incredibly difficult time the staff went above and beyond what you'd expect to ensure that my move went ahead smoothly. Very professional, helpful and would recommend to anyone (particularly first time buyers who can at times feel a bit overwhelmed by the whole process of buying your first home!).

GoogleI would leave a 0 star rating if I could. Please be wary of using country properties, I have experienced terrible service and been given false information so I accepted an offer believing it to be chain free, when there was in fact a long chain. they will tell you what you want to hear so that you will accept an offer.

GoogleFurther to a recent initial difficult house sale, I have been totally impressed with the professionalism and caring attention Country Properties have shown in achieving the completion of my property which happened last week on the 7th May 2020. I understand that the company work as a team but I would like to give two people in particular a special mention for their diligence and guidance to achieve the sale on time. Thank you Tracey Curaba for your outstanding care, assistance and advice. Also Irma Bucci, for your constant information, updates through to the sale completion. As this was quite an emotional sale for me Country Properties took Estate Agencies to another level.
