GoogleFrom start to finish, we received a high quality service from all the team at Country Properties in relation to selling our parent's house. Irma and Ashley did a sterling job preparing the particulars and producing an excellent brochure, which soon resulted in an offer that we accepted back in March. The process progressed at a relatively slow pace, partly due to the Covid-19 pandemic and some issues around planning options and extra bank checks etc. and throughout it all, Irma and her team, supported very well by Tracey (the Sales Progressor) kept up the momentum and remained professional and positive. At one point there was a major risk that we'd lost the sale but Irma saved the day and I am so pleased that we completed yesterday (mid November) and the buyers they found (from London) seem lovely. It has been a long journey and Country Properties have been there throughout, ensuring effective communications and keeping us all on track and I highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe have just sold our beautiful 5 bed character family house which has been in the family 51 years. The house is a wonderful house but also had re-development opportunities we wanted to avoid. It was an emotional sale for the family due to our love and care for the house. I can’t recommend Country Properties in Biggleswade highly enough and what an excellent estate agent they have turned out to be. I met and reviewed c. 7 estate agents prior to choosing Country Property, as they came out top on a number of factors. It was definitely a good decision. Ashley at the outset was a total star, handled everything so well, and really ‘got’ the house and its history and understood our desire to attract a good family buyer. Ashley produced a wonderful brochure and Right move marketing that really brought out the key qualities of the house (I recommend their marketing and we now also have a lovely brochure to treasure). Thank you SO much Ashley for all your help. Nothing was too much for you, and you made getting the house to market so much easier. After Ashley went on furlough, Irma took over and was also fantastic. She was always supportive, great with advice, very experienced and professional, quick to respond to queries, and she found us an excellent buyer. We have now sold the house to a lovely family who are perfect and will take the house forward and we feel happy as a family. Tracey and Irma completed the sale with other members of the family, and got it through to completion, and Stephanie was also great throughout for any other support queries. I am so glad we chose Country Properties. We felt supported from the outset, they handled the sale sensitively and well, were always completely cheerful and friendly and helpful, and really assisted us make this sale to a lovely family happen. We had an added aspect to the sale of our property in Baldock in that we do not live in the UK, but this was no problem to Helen Celik and the team - they advised, guided and assisted us every step of the way in a most professional, courteous, efficient and friendly manner, going way over and beyond what we ever would have expected. Communication from start to finish was absolutely excellent and considering we were selling in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic the whole process ran incredibly smoothly - from the initial marketing, to the viewings through to the completion of the sale.
