I had my mind set on a particular house during lockdown, 2 had been sold in old hatfield. I contacted both agents, said if they become available could they give me first offering. One with another agent came back up on rightmore, they ignored all my emails, never returned calls, when i submitted a rightmore enquiry they just emailed me details of the house i was desperately wanting to buy. i ended up knocking on the neighbours door to get the owners details. I viewed privately. He wanted to go through the agent still, i was really narked that they would get paid when they hadn't called me back (I'm stubborn).
I then got a call from Country properties, the other one had come on the market, they wanted a quick sale, and i viewed and offered. I felt bad for the other owner but glad they weren't going to earn any commission from me.
Lynda has been amazing. I recommended my friend use them and they have sold her house quickly and been equally as efficient.
Covid19 has been an excuse for some companies to hide behind bad service but country properties really stepped up to the mark. Always answer the phones/emails etc.
Would definitely use them if i sell..... but hoping its my forever home.

Facebookwe have been ignored after our tenancy finished, no feed back from exit check over, slow to even start process of returning £1900 deposit, still not received any feed back after 22 days of having completed check out. Disgraceful attitude, I have had to chase and chase and still no messages back. I had to start the process with the company used to hold the deposit but this takes a month before they pay it out. I would never rent through this agency. Very slow to get issues resolved in the flat to a point we had to with hold rent to get repairs carried out and start a process of complaints against the agency. We had enough and now purchased a property and would never go back to renting through this agency. Michael Struebel

Your check out was conducted and you have been informed on more than one occasion that we are awaiting the landlord to agree release of your deposit.
The landlord has to also be happy with how you have left a property before the deposit will be released.
The office has been closed for the last 5 days over the Christmas period.
All maintenance issues in the property have been dealt with throughout your tenancy and all emergency issues dealt with as promptly as possible. Should you remain unhappy with the response, please use the customer complaints procedure.

The after sales service was excellent as you need to know what’s happening as the sale progresses so that you can plan removals etc. Not all agents are the same but country properties were pro active.
Phil went the extra mile towards the end of the exchange and completion. All the staff were helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them.
Thank you, moving on the 17/12 is not ideal but great to be in before Xmas.
