GoogleBig name with a poor customer service, We had visited a brand new property with Senior Lettings Negotiator, first of the landlady was more welcoming than the agent . After a quick visit , we ( me and wife ) asked them to give us few minutes to talk at outside the property . The landlady was happy about that but again the letting negotiator interrupt her and told us you go home I will call you this evening from the office. And ...... we are still waiting. The way we were treated by your agent was showing us that she doesn’t want to let us to go ahead with that property despite having 2 full time incomes and also a guarantor. I wish she was more clear about that or simply could say that she had promised that property to someone else rather than wasting our time. In conclusion I would not recommend country properties to anyone or anybody.

GoogleJamie and his team are extremely professional individuals who are passionate about the work they do. They took the sale of our home through some quite challenging and unpredictable times, but kept us well informed and confident that we would get to completion. Although the process was longer than expected the communication between themselves and I was excellent. Following the sale of the home they have kept in contact to inform us of mail or packages that have missed the mail redirection. Simply put, they are both recommendable and commendable and in my opinion the front runners in the estate agency market for this area. Many thanks to you all!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Country Properties, and specifically from Simon (and of course Paul)! Buying your first property in the midst of a pandemic can be a very stressful experience but Simon and his team were always there to make sure things happen for us (from chasing conveyors to offering reassurance). Needless to say I highly recommend them!

GoogleI sold a property with Country Properties Letchworth and was assisted mainly by Ian and Simon Ellmers. I must say, they were two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to find a buyer who was willing to pay a fair asking price. The sale turned out to be rather difficult, partly because of information that was contained within the deeds and also because of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. However, thanks to Ian and Simon's knowledge of the local area, the sale was still able to go through reasonably quickly. The service I received was second to none. I was kept up to date at all times and was always able to communicate with them, when I needed to. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting, to help get the sale completed. I can't praise this branch of Country Properties highly enough. Excellent service from an honest and very professional estate agent. Very highly recommended!
