Heather and the team were reliable, efficient and really did go above and beyond when selling our property. We always managed to get through to someone if/when we had questions, were given feedback after viewings and were always kept updated throughout the selling process. Heather estimated a selling timeframe of between 2 and 6 weeks when we first met her, and our home was sold 3 weeks later! A huge thank you to all at Country Properties Stotfold; the level of service we received really was second to none. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Woeful communication from Country Properties Shefford has led to me looking elsewhere in my property search. Staff appear to be working remotely during this time, but often with rather an inept response to simple queries. I am not sure if this is a one-off or is a more regular occurrence of how the company conducts itself. Landlords be aware that you could be losing out on trustworthy, professional tenants through no fault of your own.
