GoogleWe bought our property through country properties in flitwick in january 2020. The team were very helpful. I fell in love with the house & joel stayed late from work so i could show my husband it that night so we could put an offer in asap. They communicated effectively to us always ringing us and keeping us up to date. When we picked up our keys they even greeted us with a bottle of bubbly as a gift! Would deffinately recommend them!

GoogleI bought my house from the team here in Flitwick and from the beginning they were superb. Overly helpful; will always call you back and go above and beyond to make what can be a stressful time quite relaxing. If your a seller i can only imagine it would be the best place to go because as a buyer they were a joy and make the process very easy.

GoogleCountry Properties Flitwick recently sold our property and they worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale went through before Christmas. At one point it looked like the sale might fall through but Duane and Phil worked tirelessly with all parties to keep the sale together. GoogleI bought my flat from Country Properties back in March 2018, the service they provided was great, very professional and I was kept up to date verbally and by email with how the purchase was moving ahead. When my circumstances changed I decided to get back in touch with Steve at Country Properties to sell the flat for me. Steve, Duane and there team dealt with the sale professionally & kept me updated with all the movements of the sale. I would highly recommend this company to anyone & I will use them again should I need to.

GooglePhil from Country Properties was all you could hope for in an agent. Both him and the team made the whole process of selling my house as easy and hassle free as possible. They were straight forward, professional, communicative, helpful, offered sound advice and put in the leg-work in so I didn't have to. Plus they were just really nice people to deal with. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if I was selling again there's no question that I would appoint Country Properties.

GoogleMy Parents phoned to enquire about a rental. Found them to be unhelpful and condescending. Found other agents in the local area to be better and more professional. 1) my parents didn’t visit they phoned 2) information was given in a condescending rude tone. 3) I was in the room when you spoke to my girlfriend (the daughter) 4) you had the opportunity to apologise when my girlfriend contacted you to say they were not happy with the way they were spoken too. As far as we are concerned this was your opportunity to put things right. Many other agents they can use where they will get a better service and not have to pay 6 months rent upfront.
