The staff and the manager were so helpful and efficient when I asked for help with my mortgage offer and paperwork, they were kind helpful super efficient even in these difficult times at the moment and I won’t be forgetting the help they gave thank you again so much 10 out of 10

Country Properties in Shefford have real community values, supporting many local events throughout the year, including our Garage Sale Trail that is in it's 2nd year. Jamie and his team have been involved from the beginning and are a pleasure to work with. Without their support, this event would be difficult to manage alone. I'm very grateful to have Jamie as a sounding board, and for the practical support they've given with collecting registration forms, publicity and producing the trail sheet. We also bought our house through them and wouldn't hesitate to sell through them!

Yet again country properties Ampthill ha eh helped me purchase another property Over the years I’ve bought 4 properties and sold 2 with this firm with no issues. This latest one was for my mother during the Coronavirus crisis. As usual there has been great communication and service. Big thanks to Sasha who has taken the stress out of this move. She has given thought and sympathy to my elderly mother unlike the estate agents we used to sell her previous property in address in a different location! Thanks to the team and thanks to the boss who obviously influences the culture of the business! Not all estate agents are this good.

Ashley was great. My mother felt very comfortable dealing with him. We were fortunate that the first people to view my mother’s property made an offer straight away. The whole process was relatively straightforward. Ashley helped progress the sale to completion, as the usual member of staff was taken ill. He did a good job! All in all the staff at Country Properties were very polite, they all had good customer care skills. This was one of the main reasons we chose Country Properties. Selling and Buying using Country Property, Biggleswade Wow, where should I start? What a journey after selling my property and finding the next one. It took an age to get things going especially communication between the solicitors. If not for the lovely, hardworking and dedicated people in Country Properties, especially and most of all Irma Bucci with her fast thinking, the sale would have gone to 'South'. Irma worked tirelessly and constantly with her contact between all the people in the chain of the process. I have never been so impressed by an Estate Agent as I am with Irma, and her team importantly the last week. Nothing was ever too much for her or her team, sometimes I felt they will be fed up seeing my number on their phone(s) but Irma and everyone in the office reassured me it is ok especially as communication needs to be flowing. All in all, we moved before Christmas, so Irma I take my hat off to you especially, and your team, a very well done on your professionalism, dedication, constant communication and chasing up everyone on updates etcetera.
