GoogleA genuinely surprising and pleasing experience! From our first meeting, Maria (Carter Jonas, Holland Park) gave us confidence that she was going to help us find the right home (budget, location, specification etc.). And despite my cynical nature, Maria not only delivered, but went above and beyond what we would typically expect of an agent. How so? In short, excellent communication! Maria is a very personable, friendly and yet professional agent. She was clear with what we could expect, and while clearly representing her client's (the vendor’s) interests, she also positioned our offer etc. in the best possible light. The outcome … a quick sale/purchase that I believe both parties are happy with (I know we are!). No doubt, having Maria keep a constant eye on the progress, and us, made the process go smoothly and without a hitch, even a last minute ‘issue’ highlighted within the local search was dealt with professionally, fairly and speedily. All in all a great service and example of how a transaction should be managed. Thanks Maria!

GoogleWe used the team in the Holland Park office. I was dealing mainly with Charlotte and Nia for a few Central London apartments we were trying to find suitable tenants for. In the end they secured suitable tenants for three different apartments we had in London W2. I would have no problem recommending the Lettings team in Carter Jonas, they were nice to deal with and did what we asked of them.

GoogleThe Carter Jonas office in Holland Park gathers some of the most efficient, courteous and devoted staff in the Holland Park area. I have had the pleasure of dealing with several of the ladies since 2011. I have always been delighted with the dedication, attention to detail and simply the best service. Nathalie Gold is my most recently appointed agent has again delivered a very high quality sale operation although she is getting married in two weeks! Maria on the other hand has kept on top of the execution to the point where she has dealt with council issues on my behalf quicker than I would have done myself. Truly amazing bunch of ladies, polite, efficient and very professional. The result was a smooth sale process in uncertain times. I am indeed very grateful .

GoogleGenerally helpful agent and fairly responsive. I did have an issue with waiting for quite a long time for the return of my deposit after the end of tenancy, despite probing.

Hi Ben, I am so sorry that it has taken me over a month to respond to this review, I hadn’t spotted it. I don’t personally deal with deposits, as you know however I wish I had been made aware of the difficulties you were having. I would have most certainly tried to speed the process up. Delays are sometimes caused when dealing with deposits if either the Landlord or Tenant are proving difficult to get hold of, or is simply not confirming the deductions. We require both parties to be in agreement before any funds can be released. This was the issue we were having with your deposit. We didn’t have the authority to release it. I do hope we haven’t lost you as a client, it was a pleasure to deal with you throughout the tenancy. GoogleCharlotte and her team are great to work with. We are contractors and work with the sales and management teams in the Holland Park office . They’re helpful, responsive and accommodating and keep us busy with lots of maintenance work. Would be happy to recommend them from our year + experience of doing business together.

GoogleI worked with Nia and Ivy at the Holland Park office and they were excellent. They were professional, responsive and attentive to my needs. Impressively they were able to find the perfect apartment for me and settle everything extremely quickly- I had the keys in my hand within 4 days of seeing the apartment. Would highly recommend!

GoogleShocking unethical agency with no principles that use clients for leverage to get more money. They go back on their word. Tell you that your offer has been accepted .....only to go back on it. Feel very let down by the whole experience of using this agency. Would never buy or sell through this agency.

She has been polite, helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we have given her. Her colleague Amy has also been helpful if Alison has been out of the office. GoogleHaving had very poor experience with Harrogate Estate Agents recently, I have been delighted with the service and professionalism displayed by the Carter Jonas Harrogate (residential). Not only has my property been sold for the asking price, Alistair, Alison and the team actually did what they said they would do, which is so unusual in this day and age. The entire process has been managed from property details, all viewings and final protracted negotiations. GoogleFrom the moment my husband and I walked into Carter Jonas in Harrogate we have found them to be pleasant, friendly, helpful and very professional. We have just purchased a property with them in 3 weeks from viewing to completion! This is what we were promised and they delivered exactly that. Anne who we dealt with has been particularly helpful and although the sale is complete, she has been very happy to answer questions and give advice and help on several issues. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
