GoogleIf renting out a property I wouldn’t go with this agent. I enquired about a property and was told that it was too far for them to travel (although they have it listed online). I was told I’d be contacted twice and wasn’t. I’d be upset if I was the landlord and potential tenants had this issue.

We’ve just completed on the purchase of our new family home in Manton. Carter Jonas handled the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new house very professionally. Both Fred and Helen have been a brilliant help with our house buying experience, with particular thanks to Fred for his advice throughout and for (sadly) helping us through the probate process on our new purchase. It’s been quite a long journey but we’re thrilled with the end result!

GoogleI had a superb experience throughout with Carter Jonas when I got in touch with them for a Marylebone rental. Sara Shirazi showed me the flat within 20 minutes. Very professional and friendly! Once I got approved (the same day), her colleague Emily Hussey helped with all the paperwork and the whole process was very efficient and pleasant. Can’t recommend this team enough and they will definitely be my go-to office for any future relocations!

GoogleIt’s always a pleasure to deal with Carter Jonas! The lettings team was very helpful when I was about to enter into a tenancy agreement, and then when I decided to extend my tenancy for another year. I was mostly dealing with Kate Edwards who always responds to the emails in a timely manner and explained all requirements I needed to comply with very well.
