GoogleWe bought a house via Bradley’s in Bovey and they were absolutely fantastic. The service they provided was infinitely better than that provided by the Estate Agents who sold our home. They kept us informed every step of the way and we found them to be honest, helpful and friendly. Jodi and Dan in particular went the extra mile to ensure our house move was as stress free as possible

GoogleI've had good experiences with some branches of Bradleys, but the Bovey Tracey branch seem to think they can spam you with irrelevent properties well outside your search area. After 5 unsubcribe requests over as many months, they still refuse to comply with basic GDPR. This is all the more surprising as I have never once engaged with this particular branch, and never once expressed an interest in viewing any properties near Bovey Tracey.

Google1* Outcome = Lots of promises and nothing reasonable delivered. 1.5* Service = Customer service only really matters when things aren't going well. No meaningful attempt to find a reasonable outcome with refusal to discuss sensible compromises.

Having looked at the matter further, I see that the value of the advertised property not being aligned with the current market demand is the main factor in your property not being sold. The team conducted multiple viewings, provided feedback, and updated you regularly, they understood your choice and reasoning for renting the property too so appears harsh to provide a 1.5-star review. GoogleThe ladies in the Shaldon office of Bradleys are all very nice and efficient. However, on this occasion Jess was a real star! We'd been badgering her for some weeks to find us a suitable home in the village and knew our budget was tight, but she came up trumps with a really lovely cottage that we'll move in to next week. The whole process took about nine weeks so we're absolutely delighted. We recommend Bradleys in Shaldon (and especially Jess) very highly indeed!

GoogleUnprofessional rude and sarcastic manager of the Helston branch . I was selling my property with this company , I explained that I didn’t want any time wasters as the last person didn’t want my property because the feed back I got was the EPC was low and it would take to much work to get it up to standard for rental . I’m my opinion the EPC was available before they looked and photos so should have been aware before they looked . The response to the time waster comment was an email from the branch manager insulting my property for its condition and dog mess in the garden . I clean up dog mess in the garden before any viewing and if that was a problem I should have been spoken to about this before . The manager was just being rude and sarcastic and unprofessional. No apology and that’s how they treat a client, shocking

It is very clear on the file that we have introduced proceedable qualified buyers to view your home, who unfortunately haven't wanted to take it further. The office has given the feedback as presented by the viewer, which is generally valued by our clients, it is not to offend. It is almost impossible to tell how much work will be required simply by looking at an EPC, although perhaps you can inform future agents marketing your home of this. We wish you the best with your move.

GoogleFirst time selling our house, so what could have been a anxious and stress filled prospect was made incredibly easy from this fab Helston team. Great communication from the start. Feedback all the way. Sold the property quickly. They dealt with all the viewings. Kept us up to date, and in contact throughout the sale process. They recommended other services we required for the sale. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Emily is certainly a credit to the team, absolutely lovely and professional. Will certainly use the team again for the future.

GoogleEmilie at Bradley’s Newquay is a credit to the company. She showed us around the retirement apartment we are now buying. She went out of her way to agree a time that suited us. She arrived on time and is extremely knowledgeable about the property and where it is located. She has excellent communication skills and gave us plenty of time to look around and answer our questions. We felt relaxed which is important when viewing. We put our house on the market as we loved the apartment Emilie showed us. She kept in contact with us every few weeks to see how our house sale is going and we appreciated Emilie keeping in touch.
